On JellyBomb 9.0, I can't figure out how to get the weather on the lock screen. Is there a pre-loaded weather app? I downloaded two weather programs to see if it would link, but no luck. Also, can I get rid of the wallpaper on the lock screen?

I think he removes the Accuweather apk's. He should have a mods folder listed in the OP. Look for removed apps and it should be in there.

Was running DC3.5. Flashed CM6.0 and still having the same behavior...
When unlocking the screen, i see a slight trace of an animated/live weather. Sort of like a sun/cloud. I can only see it vaguely though and I cant figure out what app its coming from.
Any ideas?
I'm running Beautiful Widget but the image I am seeing is like a live weather image of the sun and cloud parting ways.

I'm personally not using that widget but the widget I am using (Weather & Clock) has an addon with settings that animate upon unlock.

If you can't find it in running apps or something perhaps a complete wipe and reflash?

I also have that widget but dont really use it as I prefer Beautiful Widgets but for some reason, not being enabled (the widget) those settings were still active. Unchecked that setting and all is well!

Which weather widget are you referring to? I tried the accuweather (i think that's what comes with the phone), but wasn't what I wanted.
Anyways, you may also want to consider other weather widgets on market. I found 3D Digital weather clock and also Android Weather on market and found I like the Android Weather better - it offers transparency, shows location, date/day, time and current temp and weather condition.

Yup, I do mean the stock one. I tried uploading a picture of it thru the xda app, but it keeps hanging. Thanks for the tip, I'll try Android Weather.
Update: the ota update for 2.3.6 fixed the issue.

i've installed [ICS IMM76I][Open][Multi-Lang 25 local languages] MIUI v.4 2.7.6 and its pretty nice. By longpressing on screen i can add different widgets (eg.Clock, Music). If i select the MIUI weather widget (2x4 and 1x4), the widget tells that MIUI Weather is not installed. OK. Then i download the app from miui.es and it works good. My problem is, that i still see the old widgets in the widget list, but i can't delete it. I searched also in the system/app folder and i deleted the WeatherProvider.apk, but the old widgets are still there.
Where can i find the stupid apk file that shows the unuseless icons in the widget list??

I would like to get more than 4 shortcut apps on the lockscreen.
I would also like an email widget and calendar widget, maybe something similar to the news widget for the jb lockscreen.
Possible?

Not without your own personal modding, or flashing something else that has it...
Widget Locker will let you place sliders, widgets, and shortcuts on your lockscreen. I've never tried it with a stock ROM, but see no reason it shouldn't work.
You can find it in the Play store.

Yep, Widget Locker will do a lot of what you're looking for. One tip, go into your lock screen settings (in your phone settings, not in WL settings) and set it to none once you've activated WL. This will keep the odd times when your stock lock screen might appear after unlocking via WL.

I removed the weather updater and the APK for the weather (No, I was a goof and didn't back them up as I should)

As an edit I have found all the apk's to get it back to normal, however when i try to add one of the clock widgets to the home screen, it force closes right away. I can open the weather app fine.
Any thoughts?

Try changing permissions to rw-r-r for the APK files.
