Hello guys, I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7100)
When I want to link (join another contact) I want to link more than 5 contacts or social network together, but I get this stupid massage "Unable to join contact. Maximum number of joined contact is 5". :crying:
So can you please HELP me and find some way to be able to join more than 5 contacts together because I really need it.

I got two questions, on daily briefing I receive only US news, but I want another (netherland). My other question is, I cant seem to integrate windows live messaging with my contacts like gtalk (like you can see if someone is online on the side of the contact).

I heard somewhere on a review that someone from the XDA founders has joined Samsung now.
Does anyone know who that is?
Is there anyway we can get he request to add more than 5 contacts to a contact passed to Samsung, I'm aware that there is a hack around in the forums, but this shouldn't be such a hard thing for samsung to implement and why have the limit anyway?
For Example : I have many many friends on Android that have accounts in all of the following, I see multiple entries for all of them that I cannot combine into one : Google Contacts, Whatsapp, Tango, Viber, Facebook, Linked In, Skype, Google Plus and more.
Why is Samsung restriction the contact merges to a maximum of 5 ?
Any ideas anyone ?
If anyone else is also facing this problem ?

Perhaps you're mistaken, but I don't think any of the founders are with Samsung... And in fact the founders are not really around here any more as they have other things to do

hi i have a question hopefully you can give me an answer asap. i have google messenger installed as my default sms app. i also have hangouts. but i was wondering how do i send group messages on which i already have a group made up rather than adding one by one. i hope that made sense what i said. for example i get a text saying hey basketball at 330. i already have a group made up called bball but i cant see anywhere to add it on messenger or hangouts. i dont want to have to add one by one i want to select the group it just says frequent or all contacts. please help me by giving me step by step. im using the latest lollipop rom from gpe on my m919 s4. thanks.
Just upgraded from Note 5 to Note 8 and upon transferring contacts I noticed that there are no longer contact Groups (Family, Work, etc.) When I click a contact I've had in a group I can see that they're still listed in the group in contact info but I have no button/access to see the whole group. Am I missing something here???

I would have upgraded Note 5 to Note 8.0 custom firmware. NOTE 8.0 is a tablet Note 5 is a phone.
Try flashing a stock romantic back to your NOTE 5, and see If things work with contacts.
This is in the wrong section as it clearly says Note 8 and NOT 8.0. The Note 8 is a cellphone, not a tablet.
