More likely it's just a weak signal. They barely have LTE anywhere it's not worth it to throttle.

That's because sprints network is terrible. That's the reason I left them. I couldn't stand those kind of speeds for the amount they where charging me a month.

Not really. I think they made it worse. But I live in a small city where we have 5 towers which got their voice or data upgrades for NV.

Ouch. That sucks. Have you checked out sprint.com/network for updates? Here in Wisconsin we usually get upgrades last Also there's no official 4G(Wimax) in the entire state.

you had wimax 4G. And yes if you have the setting to connect to LTE turned on, you'd see it say 4G instead of 3G, if you have LTE service.

There is something wrong with my 3g settings,just look at the two speed tests,on one I got a terrible upload speed and on the other one is ridiculous fast!3g should be called "3K" because is only 300 kbps!:
