Has anyone noticed that if you connect your Note II to your computer, open the camera app, and look at logcat you will see a ton of errors in logcat?
They seem to be mostly gps/location errors.
Can anyone confirm if they see these errors too?
Thanks!

Is there a way by either an internal file or maybe an app to be able to track the boot log sequence of an Samsung Epic Touch (4G) Sprint. so if I have an error or an app is acting up I can tell which app or where in the boot up sequence there is a problem and what is causing it.
Now I have to uninstall the latest apps until I find the one that is causing a problem.
Also is there a way to for lack of a better word to (safe mode) or similar?
Thanks

Did you try dumping a logcat? If not sure how to do, Google had basic instructions on the Android dev site.

adb logcat > logcat.txt on boot or watch it through terminal. Exporting it might help as it can move fast on boot.

Hi guys! Anyone experiencing this pop-up error on JellyBean? I think is not related to any app, seems a system error. However this doesn't cause any crash, it's just annoying to see this popup error every 30 minutes on a flaming new JB-powered galaxy nexus!

It's an app error. One of your Java apps isn't coded properly. The fact that your phone doesn't crash proves it. Go install one of the Logcat readers and find out which process is generating it.
A hard reset has fixed my issue!

Try deleting your Google account and then log back in and reboot. See if that fixes it. I've seen this error many times but only on a few apps

You don't necessarily have to delete your Google account. You can try clearing data under manage applications. For some (myself included) that did not work. I actually had to reboot into CWM and Fix permissions. I then rebooted system and viola, all was well.
If you search on the forums for that exact error message, a thread should come up with the above suggestions and a few others.
Hooey this helps.

I'm hoping someone can help me narrow down the call bug we have in aosp. Can some on a stock based ROM get me a radio log cat of making an out going call?
Start this then make your call, you can hang up after it starts ringing.
Code:
adb logcat -b radio > logcat-radio-stock-call.txt
Thanks!

There are some log cat apps on the market that you might be able to get radio log cats from. Or you can turn on USB debugging and then enable adbd over network, something the adb WiFi toggle from the market will work. After which in a terminal you can do "adb connect localhost" and then use the adb logcat from the terminal emulator.

i kinda figured another alternative, which is to just click share button on the video then scrapbook. thanks anyways!
EDIT:
Well i finally figured it out. Its because of the new Youtube app update. Just uninstall the update from the application settings and it'll work. Though you won't be able to minimize videos while using the app

Does the US version come with Function command, so that you can input fractions and mathematical symbols? I cannot see it on my N900T.
