Hey guys I want this update problem is my PC is not working so I can't odin. Is there anyways I can just flash the ROM I'm on cm10 nightly.

Yes. Mobile Odin to the rescue!
Go to the firmware thread linked in my sig. Post 2 has separate instructions for both free and pro versions.
If you have a question post there if you can, its easier for me to answer.

Yes next time please post in q & a but to help u are downloading a zip file and not a tar file correct? Also r u putting the rom on the sd card or internal storage?

I can verify. I was prompted to upgrade kies afterword it notified me of a firmware upgrade for my phone. It took 45 min to download

Do I have to be completely stock to receive the update either OTA or manually through Kies?
Best to be on stock. You will have problems updating using anything other than stock. I think you need stock recovery too.

The new L4 radio is up for download in the Radio thread under development. I flashed it no problem, haven't actually made a phone call with it though.

You don't need stock recovery to update via Kies, but you will have to reinstall custom recovery and reroot afterward. No such issue if you just flash the radio, though.

The TWRP team mentions on their download page version 2.7 is ok for pro 12.2. . I do use a 10.1. Does this matter?
And: do I need to root the device before flashing a ROM?
