you mean, to swap internal to external memories, just paste these TWO files to /etc, changed permissions, reboot, and done?

sorry, it's say other men:
1. Download "External sd card as default".
2. Extract vold.fstab
3. Copy(overwrite) it to "/etc"
4. Change permissions to rw-r--r--
5. Reboot

This doesn't work on arco's cm10 alpha1.I copied the vold.fstab with root explorer and set permissions like the image. And the phone stuck at bootanimation.Phone doesn't boot normally.
Or you could simply with the default file explorer in CM10, enable root acess and then navigate to system > etc > void.fstab and then change it to resemble this
# internal sdcard
dev_mount sdcard /storage/sdcard1 28 /devices/platform/msm_sdcc.2/mmc_host/mmc1
# externel sdcard
dev_mount external_sd /storage/sdcard0 auto /devices/platform/msm_sdcc.4/mmc_host/mmc2

Update: I manage to get it work. I manually edit the file rather than placing the file using default file manager (I using solid explorer before the stuck in boot animation happens).

I´m not into CM10 for now as CM9 is working well for me, but assuming the vold.fstab files provided by jassim007 are correct, you need to do the following to prevent the SGW to stick in a bootloop.
1) Use RootExplorer
2) Copy the file either to your external or internal Storage
3) Move the file to your device, but not the destination folder
4) Set permissions correctly
5) Copy to destination folder by overwriting the original vold.fstab
6) Reboot

Hi
If you want to disable led lights in bottom of phone, you need only a Root Explorer , go here:
/sys/class/leds/button-backlight
open this file ( brightness ) in text editor and change 1 to 0 , now save the file, it should turn off your led lights.
but it effect untill your phone is on after restart it goes back to defaults.
May be you can make script to apply at boot.

Ok swapping is easier in manual mode so you have to follow the steps correctly
Before we start i just want to warn you all you apps which are installed on your sdcard must be moved to internal phone memory or they will be lost after swapping.
1- get a file explorer that has a build-in text editor and could use root.(i prefer es file explorer)
2-go to /system/etc and open "vold.fstab". And open it in your text editor.
3-ONLY swap the word "sdcard" with the word "external_sd" as i wi show you in these attachments.
4-reboot (i make a fix permissions before it) and enjoy.

Hold the file u want to set and pick set permission.. that's in root explorer. Dunno bout es..
U can set permission via adb shell or terminal emulator by using chmod command. Useful when u need to change multiple files (in one folder)
