I am using this ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1786871&page=97
Everything is perfect, but I do not want toggles in notification bar, because of this I downloaded original systemUI.apk and I want to replace with systemUI.apk which is in mentioned ROM, but it does not work, and I do not know, why?!
I downloaded original systemUI.apk -> copy to SD card -> move to /system -> change premission to rw,r,r -> move to system/app -> restart phone, and black screen shows, without notification bar can someone help me?
I try wipe dalvik cache, but is not work, too
Or check this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1809791
If someone can edit systemUI.apk which is in mentioned ROM just without toggles
Help me someone I am confused

I usually push system files via ADB(adb push C:\..location to the file\SystemUI.apk /system/app), it sets permissions automatically if I am not mistaken.

No you don't need to sign it, but you need to set the correct permissions.
It's easy to do it via ADB.
Code:
adb shell dd if=/sdcard/framework-res.apk of=/system/framework/framework-res.apk
It can also be done with Root Explorer though:
1. Transfer your new apk to the sdcard.
2. Open Root Explorer and move the apk to /system.
3. Set the permissions to : rw-r-r-
(all first column ticked, second column only first ticked.)
4. THEN and ONLY THEN, move it to /system/framework.
5. Reboot and you're done.
I think that you also have to change the emoticons into the Conversations.apk

To make the status bar transparent flash the file you download in clockwork mod recovery remember if you use launcher pro you will need to use multi picture live wallpaper since it is not set by in launcher pro the other launchers should be fine

Hi
If you want to disable led lights in bottom of phone, you need only a Root Explorer , go here:
/sys/class/leds/button-backlight
open this file ( brightness ) in text editor and change 1 to 0 , now save the file, it should turn off your led lights.
but it effect untill your phone is on after restart it goes back to defaults.
May be you can make script to apply at boot.

This is only for CM10 and ONLY FOR GALAXY W
For this just copy the file provided to '/etc/(paste)' via root explorer or some other app...also set permissions to rw-r-r
For Permissions: Image Provided.
there are two files.
1. Internal sd card as the default
2. Microsd card as Default

you mean, to swap internal to external memories, just paste these TWO files to /etc, changed permissions, reboot, and done?
or we select which one to be default?

Or you could simply with the default file explorer in CM10, enable root acess and then navigate to system > etc > void.fstab and then change it to resemble this
# internal sdcard
dev_mount sdcard /storage/sdcard1 28 /devices/platform/msm_sdcc.2/mmc_host/mmc1

I´m not into CM10 for now as CM9 is working well for me, but assuming the vold.fstab files provided by jassim007 are correct, you need to do the following to prevent the SGW to stick in a bootloop.
1) Use RootExplorer
2) Copy the file either to your external or internal Storage
3) Move the file to your device, but not the destination folder
4) Set permissions correctly
5) Copy to destination folder by overwriting the original vold.fstab
6) Reboot
