Im using Desire HD for a while and wanted to ask you:
What is the diffrence between stock rom and custom roms ? What do i get if i put custom rom on my desire hd ? I have to root it i know that. But is it worth to put custom rom?

as i can see in your signature, why have you modde your HD2? the same reason to not be controlled by anyone to what you do with something that you own, to be free of bloatware that the companys want sell you. that is why i keep mine as plain as possible.

Yes, i modded my HD2, because it has Wm stock on it, and i wanted android.. But i still cant see right bemefits of custom android roms for DHD.. Maybe im not reading much...
Briefly - Most custom ROMs are better optimized for speed, smoothness, battery life, user customization, extra settings etc. Not only that but most bugs are fixed before HTC would ever get round to it.

But , if i root my phone, i loose warranty ? Is there any chance i could "unroot" my phone ( revert to process of rooting, so i can keep my warranty for any case..) ?
If it's anything like the Hero (which I'm sure it is), then flashing an official HTC RUU ROM will remove root.
Best to check in the DHD development section though, there's a FAQ there

and i like to mod it like custom roms etc but i want to make sura that after all the stuff
i can revert back to stock and remove the marks of modded kernel or something.
Can anyone tell me that is it possible and if yes then how?

Hi there all fellow note 2 xda fam maybe someone can help. I'm really tempted to try out [ROM][CWM][SGH-T889] Stock Debloated/Deodexed UVALJ1 (11/4/12) by geo411m's. I just purchased my note 2 and upon setup did the multi window update than perm rooted the phone, but the other day I saw an N7105 modded rom with all apps multi window in it on youtube. I was tempted to try it but I want to keep my phone as stock as possible. So I returned to xda after laying my glacier to rest and noticed geo411m's rom while also looking into the multi window mod. I'm confused as to what I should do cause I liked that modified N7105 with the all apps multi window but I wanna keep everything stock. I don't know if geo11m's rom already has it or if I can install it on top of that one. I'm really tempted to use his rom cause its just debloaded stock WITHOUT the T-MOBILE BRANDING witch is what I like and is perfect for me, so your suggestions and advice will be fully appreciated! this phone is good but the dev`s dont want make anything for add new features to the factory rom..
PLEASE.. is there anyone interested in port a rom for my device?

Im from mexico and my girl have this phone, it sucks from custom cm 12 or any custom rom would be perfect.
Any dev porting cm or any g2 or 3 or 4 specs and fix the kk issues like unlocking screen problem.

hello all im new here coming from s7 since here its very low going on i cant find much of roms and kernels to try im wondering if there is any custom lite rom thats based on the stock one ui 10 i really hope there is one .... and in the case there is any rom like that what is the easiest simple way to remove those bloatware to debloat all those junks like knox etc ? i know only the adb command way but is there any better easy one becuase im facing problems doing that for some reason
