System ui crash - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

This has become really annoying. First I was getting it with cna so I switched to pa now I'm getting it here as well. I've done clean flashes I've went completely stock and back and still getting it on both cna and pa. Not sure if its happening in other ROMs and don't really feel like testing others because I don't want to us anything other than these two ROMs.
Here is a screen shot

Yea I know. But I have no idea how to capture a log cat on this. Its completely random. Happens only about once a day. I can't keep my phone connected to a computer all day in hopes of capturing this. I work too much. It doesn't prevent me from using the phone. Its only down for a few seconds then comes back and is fine till the next day

Must be missing a META-INF and an AndroidManifest in the package.

This used to happen to me until I cleared the cache and data under systemui's app info.

How would i find out what im missing? How is that possible with both cna and pa? Different downloads. Downloaded cna 3.8 at least 4 different times.

Well it seems to have fixed the crashing. Very odd. Just don't understand how that could happen on clean flashes on two different roms

So its been a few days. Wiping data and cache for just the systemui.apk doesn't do the trick
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

Some suggested that I had a memory problem. So I checked my running processes and amount of memory available and this is shocking.
As you can see I don't have an extreme amount of apps running. Only a few besides from the system apps. My memory free sometimes gets below 100 and I'll have nothing running. I'll close Facebook and other random apps but it still decreases till the system UI crashes. This is not normal. Out of all my devices this is the only one I have this problem with. What could be the issue?
Edit: downloaded memory manager from the play store and after killing every task then checking free memory it was at 32%. I then took a shower and checked again and it was back down to 14%. Didn't touch the phone and checked running task and the only thing running that was an app I downloaded was Facebook. I uninstalled that app and closed everything again. Back to around 32%. Drove to work and when I got here I'm back down to around 14%...

Waze and BofA Mobile don't like AOKP?

I've been on CM9 since Beta 1 and love it. I also have been following up on AOKP and some people say they prefer it over CM9 especially on the Gnex. So I took the plunge but oddly enough two of my most used apps completely refused to work on AOKP. The Bank of America Mobile app wouldn't restore from Titanium. On MyBackup Pro BofA said "This device is not supported" and closed. While on AOKP I couldn't even find the BofA app in the market either. Waze would crash 9 times out of 10 and the other time it wouldn't find me on gps no matter how I installed the app even clean from the market. AOKP seemed a little speedier but I am back on CM9 now, So Cal traffic is a beast I use Google Nav and Waze to get two different estimates in rush hour commutes.
Anyone else have issues with these apps, and are there any others?
CM9 is better anyways. Much better backend (might not have crazy ui overhauls).

Doubt its a AOKP issue
Well I've been running aokp for a while now. Currently running milestone 6 and waze works perfect for me everyday.
I can't say anything about BoA app working (left those sob's a while back)but I can find it in the app store perfectly fine. And Wells Fargo app works fine for me.

Jelly Bean 4.1.1. Lags of home screens.

Hi there. I've updated my GNex to 4.1.1 (GSM version) and at the very beginning everything was superb. But after some time, my GNex starts to lag. And under "lags" I mean home screen freezing.
When I'm using some programs and after that I pressing a home button and immediately switch to the next home screen - its freezing and switching to the next home screen like in the slideshow.
I've used CM10 jelly bro and AOKP nightlybuilds - and they doesnt solute my problems.
If someone had this problem and already got reed of it - can you say me the ways of solution? Thanks.
Btw,excuse my for my English. If I wrote something wrong - try to understand it,or ask me about it again.

No lags here...
Could be an app you have installed using a lot of memory.
Also perhaps try custom kernels, I recommend AK currently.

I'm also having this issue.
It happened when I change to MIUI ROM, then restore my Nandroid backup of CM10. then I can't restore app from play store, and got this error.
I can't open 'my apps' tab on play store either.
Tried change to latest CM10.1 & now I'm on latest PA. The issue isn't resolved.
Tried to remove data from google framework services & google play store. reboot. But still have the issue...
bad luck, may be?
Excuse my English, I had this problem a week ago after installing miui and then be returned to AOSP.
Basically I lost my paid apps, fortunately were only three. I sent email to Goole support and after several emails they told me that they know the problem but still can not solve it.
In the end my account from the web even worked and out of desperation I changed it, moving the contacts.
Well idk why but I signed into a different Wi-Fi network and all of a sudden my error went away. I had all my apps still installed and titanium backups of everything. Only lost a few apps that I paid for that weren't installed/backed up.
Edit: after closing and restarting play store all my purchases are there now. It's as if the error never happened.

I wasn't doing much today, now that the semester is over. So I felt like experimenting with our great phone. I think we all notice that the international models offer MUCH more currently active support. So I wanted to find out how much some of the mods and such were compatible. I flashed this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2721839, and surprisingly, so far, everything is working out ok. I would highly advise to backup a current nandroid just in case. Obviously this isnt my work, nor am I publishing this mod as in a specific ROM other than the creators. Completely on my time and my risk.
So tell me what you guys think.
