[REQ] R-H-B nav bar mod - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Gang,
I've seen all sorts of nav bar mods out there, but they all do way more than I want. I would just like to be able to switch the default 'recent' and 'back' locations on most stock(ish) ROMS. I know that many ROMS (like CM10, AOKP, CNA) have this functionality built in, but I'd like a flashable zip to do it with 'lighter' ROMS. Something so that the navbar looks stock, but has the order 'recent-home-back' instead of the default order, which is swapped.
Thanks for any help.

Is there a flashable zip to add the power control bar to the notification bar?

Many roms come with a power control in the notification bar, some even offer the ability to edit it with an xml file. Is this a standalone app I can add to any rom? I am running the stock sprint with root but the one thing I miss i the quick controls in the notification area
Thanks
I know several people are working on it, including myself, but its no easy port from 3.70

Not that this is a direct answer to your question but, I think this thread might have the information you are looking for.
I've used zipthemer before and it was a breeze but, it looks like you have the options of tuning your own keys with some of these methods. I used zipthemer to install custom softkeys before but, now I just use the utility included in the new Eclipse JB build 8 to completely customize my navbar. The Eclipse rom is here.

Thank you, but my problem is to change the icons of custom apps in navigation bar.
The icons of standard softkeys are in SystemUI/res/drawable-xhdpi, but I don't see the icons of any application that I insert in navigation bar!

You would change the icon of the app itself from within its apk.

Yes, this is a possibility but my question is clare: I would like to know what is technically the file to edit.

Nav Bar on TW ? THANKS :)

Hey guys just curious if there is a customizable Navigation Bar zip that I can add to touchwiz based roms? I'm on ASOP right now but I feel like I'm missing out with some features like S-beam and camera, just curious if there is anything I can add to touchwiz?
THANKS

[Q] How to theme Synergy? Transparent status bar and change toggle colors

I'm running Synergy ROM r484. Looking to do some minor theming, transparent status bar, maybe change the colors of the toggles. I've been searching off and on for a couple of weeks and am unsure how to proceed.
I've seen that Morphology doesn't work on r484, so that's a no-go. Ninjamorph hasn't been updated in a while, don't trust it to work with 4.1. All the status bar apps in Play store either don't do what I want, or change too much.
Is there a simple way to do this? I feel like I'm missing something, but I'm running out of search ideas.

Custom navbar shortcuts

Anyone know of an app compatible with Kitkat/Lollipop/Marshmallow that will allow you to add custom shortcuts to the navbar at the bottom? This way I can quickly toggle between music/navigation while driving.
edit: it seems like certain launchers have this ability, slimkat roms in particular bake this in. Found a few outdated apps that likely dont work with Lollipop+.
SlimLP
Checkout SlimRoms:
SlimLP for Lollipop - allows 5 customs navbar buttons
SlimKat for KiKat - i believe allows more than 5 buttons but haven't used it in a while
Pure Nexus allows you to customize the navigation bar.
