Changing SD card

Just a quick question. I just got a class 2 16gb SD card and was wondering if I need to do anything special for this card when I put it in /before/after??
Do I need to copy all the files from my other card? I mean is there anything that sprint or HTC do to the 8gb stock card that will hinder my phone in anyway?

All you have to copy to the card is anything on your old card you want on your new one

[Q] MIUI rom on mynote cant see ext Sd card

I need help guy. I just did install miui rom in my note 2 everything work find except that my note can't see my 64gb SD card. my sd card work fine before i switch to this rom. Anyone here can help??

How can I check ? I mean The phone could not see the sd card or I have to check from the computer? Also what format do I need for this rom?
Before I flash to this rom my phone can see sd card

Like when you first format your card was exfat or fat32? I flashed MIUI rom to my Notell before and I am using 64Gb card exfat format and it works fine.

[Q] TWRP doesn't recognize my external sd card

Hi!
I am a Optimus G Pro F240L user and other day i have downloades TWRP from the following link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2361941
but when i tried to make a backup to the external sd card it didn't recognize the card (with 0mb).
I have a 32 gb external sd card.
Does anyone knows how can i fix this problem?

Is your SD card formatted as exFAT ? If so, the kernel I'm using for TWRP doesn't support it, since it's a closed source module
Sorry about that. My suggestion would be to get a separate SD card for backups/restores for now.

No, Samsung doesn't include it in the package. You must buy it extra.

For me the internal storage is more than enough, _without_ pictures. i tend to take a lot of snapshots. But hey, an mini sd card is pretty cheap so just buy one with 8gb oder 16gb and you should be fine for the rest of your life

No. Most phones these days don't come with an external SD card in the package

Your Card is getting corrupted.
Backup all your data on PC and Format the card. Transfer back the data.

i had a similar problem with an older card formatting it solved the problem

You hit a jackpot man. Simply enjoy!!! If you dont want then format your card to get it back to normal
