The guy who told me had Dagr8s rom from our development section running on his Tmobile note 2 and said all he did was flash the tmobile radio ....Thanks in advance if anyone else know about this or have tried it and want to share some info...:good:

Sprint has a CDMA network while att and tmobile both have 4g gsm network....the international would be thr biggest difference due to the fm radio and few hardware related differences.

Flashing kernel won't work on note 2
In note1 and other device there is recovery binded to kernel so it was possible, here recovery have separate partition.

Nothing more
Flash cf auto root and flash with Odin for pda tab. And done.
Though you need to reset counter if you want to keep device ready to claim warranty.

That is actually the Puerto Rican latest release.
I had it yesterday...but deleted it.
I remember that it had these features:
It was NOT an i747M ROM
It was plain i747
I downloaded it in December.
It wasn't a stock ROM that I rooted...it came rooted and it was a flash able zip
Was completely stock with ATT Boot screen and ATT Apps
So there someone just give me a direct link

Do not attempt the N7100 roms...
You "will" brick your device...
Only roms located in the development section for the SGH I317, 317M, 7105, 889...
And only then when the OP clearly states a compatible build with "your" device...
And might I suggest that you run backups of your EFS folder...as an insurance policy should you have any issues later...
Also a good backup of your stock rom...that includes all device partitions...
Happy flashing...g
