I just flashed the latest version of the ACS ClockworkMod recovery. It looks like everything went ok in odin.
But after the phone rebooted, it's now stuck on the Samsung logo. Any ideas?
I flashed from stock E122.
Here's a screenshot of odin. Looks like everything went ok.
The EI22 is for the OG Epic...Why are you flashing that?? Flash the EG30 Tar in development .

that "!" isn't the end of the world...or even necessarily a problem. If you can't get into recovery just flash a stock-rooted ODIN tar. I would recommend EG31-rev05, but, that'll change your modem to EG31 as well...which works amazing for me, but, isn't reversible...so, only flash that AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Flash an EG30 "stock-rooted" odin tar.
was told to try this, on this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351761
Anyone have any ideas why I cant flash the Root version of the 2.3.6 ROM [EL13] but i can flash the stock modified one (No root) ?
I flashed in Rogue Kernel on EK02 and EK02 modem and it successfully ODIN'ed then on Reset it hangs on the Samsung Galaxy 2 logo. I then have to revert back to EG30 stock to fix it.
The non root works fine however. WTF?
i used mobile odin and had it auto root, worked fine
mobile odin says it wasnt supported on my model. I have the Epic Touch 4g. Is this not supported?
i was rooted already, i think for mobile odin to work you need to be rooted
Hi guys,
I wanted to sell my GN on now. I did a cwm recovery back to 4.0.1 which went fine but when i tried to install the OTA update that always proceeds the 4.0.1 restore it starts installing then i get the red triangle android and the update fails as i have to pull the battery.
Is this because its still rooted or because i flashed the 4.0.4 bootloader n radio? Does anyone know where i can get stock gsm bootloader thats cwm flashable?
Any guidance/ help appreciated!
