Sony Ericsson Xperia S ???

Check this vid out and if i'm not mistaken he has got the Sony Xperia S which is made by Sony.
Check at 1:33 on the vid when he gets the phone out you can see on the phone at the top it says Sony Ericsson ?
How can this be when Sony bought Sony Ericsson and he's using the Xperia S ?

[Q] need a solution ion in indonesia

i am, from indonesia,
already buy ion Lt 28i, so i disapointed, because in indonesia can not use the special feature from sony,. like
1. sone entertainment network
2. play station mobile
3. can not buy smart dock for ion
4. still running GB
everybody can help me?

Can help with #4....flash the generic ICS in through flashtool

First two seem useless third can get on eBay?

Look at the stock firmware downloads thread as it has info on flashtool and how to use it.

[Q] Ion LT28h FW ...37 + Smart Tags

Hi
Ion is not communicating with my SmartTags. NFC is turned on in the notification bar, but when you attach a tag nothing happens.

GI Kernel .

I have used nfc with the LT28i .68 and a stock sgs3. The Ion sweet spot is the camera lens.

I tested it on all FW , Lock and Relock Bootloader and does not work .

Flashed back to a stock 6.1.E.3.7 LT28h and installed the latest Smart Connect app. NFC tags work fine and Smart Connect detects them and lets me setup what I want the tag to do.

That's what I did and still nothing. NFC turned on, place the Smart Tag and nothing happens.
Do I have to claim the phone?

Might have to. Did you try moving the smart tag around on the back of the ion to make sure you are getting the right spot?

I tried it over the back of the phone and in the lens of the camera, and there was nothing. I have 2 sets Tags, so those are fine.

I'd say exchange it then. Works fine on all the stock LT28h firmware I have tested.

Sony Xperia Z lockscreen?

Has anyone managed to port the Sony Xperia Z's lock screen over to Tegra 3 HOX?
If not, is there some place I could request for one?

I found an awesome Rom, but it's only for Xperia Ray / Arc / Arc S...
I'm talking about the ZellyCream Rom made by gagan.u20

I tried it on my old Xperia Ray and I would love to have it for my XS...

Battery life looks very impressive... There days...
I didn't read all but it's seems that it's based on GB?!
I don't like that (if it is). That's step back.
