Tmobile locations around me have not received any cases or screen protectors and because they've switched to micro-sim I didn't have a choice when purchasing this phone but to activate it. Today I had my note 2 in my jacket pocket safe close to my chest. I get out of my car and the way I leaned it fell out of my pocket and hit the pavement. Lucky no scratches on the screen but the sides of it are jacked. You think TMO will take pity on me and let me switch it out seeing that I would have purchase case to protect my phone?
I don't think so, you can always buy a case online.

I know it's a bit late now but...go to a Sprint store. They seem to have the cases. I read it on another thread and confirmed it myself today.
The Sprint store i went to had sold out of the clip on case but had the flip case in the grey and the white. I didn't try any other stores because the flip case was what i wanted in the first place so i was happy!

Sorry to hear that. I know the feeling. I actually took apart my note ii - not bad at all! The only tricky part was getting a hand on how to separate the bezel from the glass - a plastic knife and slight pressure was all that was needed. There is a youtube video on the dis-assembly of a note ii - check it out.
Having said that, I am seeing many places on the web selling the housing for cheap. So when you have the time (or a friend if you don't like doing these things), go replace the housing.
Regards,
Don

I know this doest help but i completely agree with the OP being angry cause Tmo didnt have accessories for it. Im in the same boat and im holding it around like if it were an infant child. Ive dropped it twice but very closed to a tile floor. Its very slippery sans case. And buying a case at the Sprint store, thats a very good idea!
ouch!!!
I had the exact same thing happen to me with my gs3 (sold and purchased note 2) i was lucky enough that my phone had a defective bluetooth hardware so i was able to return and got a brand new one!!! The only difference is that i purchased on tmobile.com so nobody physically inspected the phone before i received my new handset. I guess you could try and tell them that you have a malfunctioning device? It would be hard since they will more than likely relate the malfunction to the fall. But it wouldnt hurt to try???
Good luck to you!
P.s. and no, i did not get charged by tmobile for the damage to the returned phone.
u can find exact same case that tmobile offers on ebay for a great price
amazon has a few cases that are cheap and Prime eligible.
http://www.amazon.com/AirBus-Clear-...8&qid=1351485624&sr=8-2&keywords=airbus+n7100
i have the blue one of these. it's undeniably cheap. but it gets the job done for now. and would have prevented your heartache OP.
best choice for you is to get insurance on the thing and make a claim in a few weeks.
I am a pretty die hard phone guy and almost EVERY phone I have purchased I made sure I had a case and screen protector handy because most of my purchases I have had time to decide what I wanted and I got prepared for that special "DAY" when the phone releases on your carrier or it comes in the mail ... That being said, It is not very common for T-mobile to stock ANY "good" cases cause they just kinda suck when it comes to accessories but it's not their fault that they didn't have accessories on a phone that they made available to the public faster than any other US carrier... Now that is a first! LOL If you need one now than Sprint stores are probably your best bet or maybe Best Buy... Be prepared to dive deep in the wallet though... I really do feel your pain though and hope you can get it fixed without too much cost. Good luck! :fingers-crossed:

Nope, not at all, that's an extra charge of $7 a month, plus, with all these insurances, there's a deductible, so even if the OP had it, he'd have to pay out of pocket because the damage is most likely less than the deductible (or just a tad bit over that it's not worth paying the $100+ deductible).
In any case, if it's simply the battery door that's scratch, go buy a replacement one, if it's the silver rim around the phone, there's no replacing that. I myself got the nillkin case before i bought the phone (got here Saturday and bought the phone Friday):
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140855149689&ssPageName=ADME:L:eek:C:US:3160
it's a pretty nice case for $9 and adds some texture to the phone. I usually hate cases for my phones, but this one is pretty nice. (And screw samsung for using cheap plasticky materials on their $700+ phones... that's why i usually dont buy samsung... but the Note II's one of a kind i grudgingly had to succumb... but still pissed at them for the material choice).
thanks for all the suggestions...
I'm gonna call the store that I bought it from today and see ..... all they can say is no. Ill ask about them about insurance claims, I've never made a claim before so I don't know the process.
I do have the fact that I've called that store every single day since I bought the phone looking for case and screen protector. From the way it sounds Sprint seems to be the best alternative on getting a protector ASAP.
Once I put a case on it I won't be able to see any of the damange at all...
There's usually a return policy within 14-30 days. Depending on how you bought the phone you could tell them it came like that. Good luck!
Get an insurance with t mobile, think you can get it within 30 days of purchase, and then file a claim. Will have to pay a deductible of course.

If you purchase the GNII at an AT&T store (or from anywhere really) like I did last Friday, you can hold off on the less appealing AT&T Mobile Insurance and pick up the Best Buy Protection Plan. I've done this before with the Captivate and my girlfriend was even allowed to purchase the protection when she brought in her Sensation 4G with a cracked screen then come back in a week to replace it. My experience today started off by being told no by a general store manager when he overheard me asking but was later told it would be allowed by the specific mobile dept manager. Not all stores may be so lenient so you may have to try a couple times and be super nice. There must be a fairly hefty incentive for employees signing up protection plans.
Basic Diference in plans
AT&T Mobile Insurance: $10/month plus $200 at time of replacement
BB Protection Plan: $10/month and NO deductible upon replacement
There are a few more smaller difference but they generally favor the BB plan. Normally I would buy from BB in the first place but they are apparently having a delayed launch. The location I went to today still didn't know when they were being allowed to start selling. This may be something most XDA users know about but with all the insurance posts lately I thought I'd share incase it helps someone pull the trigger on the NII.
I purchased my Note 2 outright for $650 at a Best Buy mobile, and got the 2 year accidental damage replacement plan. Bought the plan outright as well being that it is much cheaper than paying $10/month. (Doesn't hurt that they gave me a discount for buying it all at once either).
Over all their plan is better than what AT&T offers, especially having no deductible and no limit to replacements. But it does NOT cover loss or theft. For that duty I am using Cerberus, and I am 100% pleased with bolth the phone and Replacement plan.
My wife is happy too because she got my GS3

Both companies utilize samsungs warrenty before yours unless it requires damage. Also I pay 7.99 with att and hope never to have physical damage.

This is true. You should be able to do this. A manager will not turn this plan down because it is almost pure profit. This is applicable to almost any product. You must make sure it is a product carried by Best Buy. Usually you have 2 weeks from you date of purchase. Note: they will leverage the Samsung 1 year warranty. If you purchase the accidental plan they will cover the damage out right. Also don't forget Square Trade.
So people will unfortunately lose their jobs at best buy for this. Best Buy only offers the geek squad protection on iphones not purchased at best buy. Not other phones. If a manager is allowing this, it is strictly to boost their numbers on a scorecard, meanwhile losing it all and more on the back side of the business.

It's a tough decision for me to buy insurance since it ends up being the cost of another device on contract. Now that Nexus phones are $300, I don't think I'll get insurance on my note. I extended my apple care on my iphone 4 and never broke it. Never damaged my 4S either, and both were used case-less.
However if I decided to get insurance, the best buy route seems like the best one.
Got it. $169 for two years, seemed like the only logical way to go considering that $9.99 a month costs an extra $80.
I feel dumb as hell asking this now and assuming it in store, but does this plan cover accidental damage? Assumed it did, but I'm now seeing documentation that it doesn't. Not a deal-breaker either way, as the normal wear-and-tear and pixel damage/burn-in protection made the purchase more than worthwhile.
Edit to add: Very little was made of the fact that it wasn't purchased at Best Buy. When I walked up to the mobile counter, the sales rep and department manager were there, along with the store GM. I asked about covering the phone, and the only question was asked by the store GM: "You bought it directly from AT&T, right? Not Amazon or eBay or anyplace like that?". I answered yes, and they got to work on it. No asking for a receipt or anything, just cranked out the sales plan.
That's awesome. Best buy is the way to go!

They are "supposed" to only sell the Geek Squad Protection with phones that are purchased directly from Best Buy. But if they let you do it, then just keep your documentation and you should be set. :good:
Its covers normal wear & tear, moisture damage, charging failures, battery replacement, and screen breaks. Does NOT cover full submersion in liquid, or crazy negligent damage like being run over by a car, or thrown against a wall. Nor does it cover contact with bodily fluids.... eww.
Basically if you drop your phone, break your screen, anything that can normally happen like that, you should be covered just fine. Anything more exotic, and it will be up to the discretion of the associate that is processing your repair.
Well, I don't plan on going snorkeling with my phone (although I did spend half an hour in a pool once before I realized that my old Verizon flip phone was in my pocket), nor do I intend to play racquetball with it, you know, as the ball. I'm also leaning decidedly against running over it with a vehicle, or trying to use it as a frisbee. Yep, should be set. :good:

Best buy protection plan doesn't cover water damage if the phone was totally submerged the AT&T plan covers that and the loss and theft of the phone I thought about the best buy plan but if you look at the details of it it's really not worth it for what it covers

I would buy one off craigslist and sell your broken on ebay to offset the cost. I'm sure you could get upwards of $100 for it. Sell the S pen separately to potentially make a few more bucks. Or I would buy a Nexus 4.

You just broke the glass, aka the "digitizer" -?-
Good News if the AMOLED is intact:
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/orig...-N7100-GT-N7100-Digitizer-free/674248669.html
However, you will also need:
A Heat Gun, or an extra hot hair dryer--
And some special adhesive.
3M makes a special-strong type of two-sided adhesive that you could cut with an exacto knife.
It isn't as hard as you think, it just takes patience and very strong desire to save yourself $300.
And more patience.
Worst case scenario, you'll botch the LCD behind it, but---
You can get the replacement assembly of the LCD/digitizer for $315-

The reason it's so expensive is that you need to replace the LCD, Digtizer, and the glass since they are all glued together. I may just suck it up and live with a cracked screen since it still functions. I'm assuming it would be too late to buy insurance now right?
Have you priced it from Samsung yet? I thought it was in the upper 200s from Samsung.

Warning - Just my personal opinion. After all I am human.
I got to say that the real criminals are the insurance people. $200 to cancel the contract and for some of us would be the rest of the cost of the device. $130 for replacement is only $70 off of that $200 cancellation fee and for some of us is the rest of the cost of the device. And we pay $7.99 a month for 24 months just to do that? $7.99 X 24 months = $191.76. $191.76 + $130 = $321.76. Now who is the criminal?
Now after saying that I do have insurance. That is despite how I feel about the insurance I love this Galaxy Note 2 enough to spend the extra money. The $300 mail-in rebate almost pays for the insurance and a replacement.
But otherwise it is worth canceling the contract and waiting out for another month to start again.
Im sorry that happened to you. I threw my nexus a couple months ago because I have uncontrollable rage and just lose it. I felt bad afterwards so I know how you feel. But I just went out and bought a new s3 so it was worth it in the end. It was so cool to see that 400 dollar phone just blow up in a million pieces when it hit that ladies car....priceless

you could do the insurance thing and just wait. as far as sending to samsung, I would probably unroot, you can just odin to stock and then restore your apps later with whatever rom. Not sure why people make a big deal about this, really the same procedure when switching roms and people do that all the time.
Buy insurance now, wait 2 weeks and then ship it back for a replacement, no biggie. People want to judge you, f-them.

I agree,100%
On November 11, 2012 I bought, at full price, a Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 2 the day it became available through Best Buy Mobile. I waited for Best Buy to have it specifically for the Geek Squad Protection, which I also paid in full for, and it's reported "superior" service and protection. At 12:30pm I left the store, by 5:30pm the screen was cracked from a short fall from a bench. I took it back to the store the next evening for the GSP claim. I was told they had to send it in to try and repair it (this phone just came onto the market two weeks ago) and it could be up to 12 days before I would get it back. I have followed the tracking number and it went from Michigan to TEXAS and arrived on Thursday morning (15th) at 9:36AM and nothing more has been reported. I have called the 800 numbers and the local store to try and get some kind of update but they see nothing more then what I can by tracing the service order number. I am a Premiere Silver Rewards member since that program began and I always buy the protection plans. This is the first time I have ever waited for a product to be replaced/repaired more then a couple of days.
I am so upset about this that I may return the phone when it finally does come back, and get my old phone back. And I will change back to the Sprint protection. Sure I would have to pay a deductible, but I would have a new phone overnight instead of being without my brand new phone for over a week.
Should I come to my senses and keep the phablet, I will definitely get an Otterbox when they come out!
I hate to
I hate to inform you but because of the phone being so new that even with the Sprint Asurion insurance I still had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get my replacement. The good news was that I recieved a brand new phone because no referb were available. My phone lasted a little longer than yours, mine was about 18 hrs, 12 of which It was in a secured locker because I was at work.
I would tough it out. Im pretty sure they will send you back a new one.

Got the price match to Sprint's $649.99, then did the buy back of my EVO LTE of $350 ( which I paid NOTHING for with rebates in June ) and changed over to the BB 2yr Black Tie Protection instead of the monthly payments. It was $509 out the door, so realistically I paid the $300 just like a normal update. I was happy with the deal...at the time.
Cool ima try an check at walmart where i work if they carry them they also have a 2yr accidental insurance. Thats what i have on my pc an my Nexus7. I realy want this phone

Walmart accidental is one time use not like unlimited with best buy. Bite the bullet and be more careful next time.
Had an interesting chat with my local BBY store manager. She told me that I should have had a phone (either repaired/refurb/new) at 5 business days...period. It was near closing so she told me she will see to it first thing Saturday morning. She took my personal phone number and said she would call me.
BTW, no matter how careful you are, just about EVERYONE drops their phone once in a while. I have had an HTC - Hero, EVO 4G and EVO 4G LTE all of which I've dropped without them EVER breaking. So I sure didn't expect the Samsung to be any more fragile especially after watching the You Tube videos where the AndroidAuthority dropped one from different heights without any breakage. I guess I hit the "Achilles Heel" lower left corner.
Finally, I will be keeping the phone and the Best Buy Protection.
Cool everyone lives this thing waiting for mine on vzw

YAY! thought you would.
Ok lets get this out of the way first. Yes my glass broke second day of owning, yes I was being careful and wasn't neglect on my part. Phone should have been able to survive a fall from less then 12" only landing on its back with out breaking glass.
Ok now that we got that taken care of here are my options.
1. Buy $30.00 glass attempt repair on my own. Question with this are if I mess up or something gets damaged could I still claim insurance(ie. will they know I have opened phone)
2. Att states they will replace for $199.99 but will likely be refurbished unit(which sucks). If I go this route will I need to flash back to stock and reset flash count or will they even check that. Rooted with custom recovery and att clean rom. Any one had experience with att insurance claim?
Local shops say its impossible to replace just the glass. Repair would be $425.00 so that is out.
Edit: I tried to call the walmart I purchased it from and got no answer. So I called another walmart and told her what happened. She said we are told we can't exchange phones that are damaged and you only get one exchange. So I thought I was screwed. She then said read your contract if it doesn't say anything about the condition of the phone or the number of times Walmart will have to replace phone. She kept emphasizing to read contract. Then said if I have any problems Call her back and she will call corporate. Sure enough contract states you can exchange phones in the 14 days nothing about condition or number of times. So following walmarts contract I got the note replaced. As of today if anything thing happens I have insurance. I also bought a temporary case till otterbox gets here.
Re: [Q] Broken Glass, ATT insurance, matters of opinion
I've dealt with att twice and it was agreeable. The second time I sent my note 1 in for the same issue (charging port failure) they sent me a brand new device. The truth is you don't always get a refurb, it's just kind of luck and how much product is on hand (so I was told by att cs).
If you try to fix the screen yourself and fail DON'T send it in for warranty... That's fraud and effects the prices for everyone else.

I did search, I'm not a newbie I wasn't asking about how to replace the glass or if it is possible i was asking for opinions of my next course of action. I have seen the threads and watched the videos.
The customer is always right...
Sorry about your shattered screen. that's rough. hope I can offer some insight on your warranty situation:
You have two angles of attack:
1. Go in with your tail tucked between your legs, and pray for the best possible outcome. If the outcome is less than optimal, follow step 2:
2. Argue pleasantly, until you're satisified.
That said, at&t is usually pretty good with succumbing to "motivated" customers. I've always tried, and with great sucess, gotten all of my replacements by contacting them through e-mail or phone (and a few times at the service centers). My own personal experience has lead me to believe, if you go in, they're more likely to scrutinize you, your credability and your story and stick you with the least desirable option. My brother-in-law is a very "motivated" customer, and has almost always been "satisifed" by at&t (that's what she said) (shattered screens, water submersion, etc).
And as far as relocking\returning to stock, again, IME, I've only had them check my device for root/BL tampering twice, and they simply checked to see if their was a stock recovery. And I think it was only because the kid was knowledgable enough to know how to check. Otherwise, I've always gotten the impression the sales person doesn't know how to check for evidence of a tampered device.
If Steps 1 and 2 fail, try droping the, ETF-bomb. "How much is my Early Termination Fee?" In my experience, they always come back with good news from their supervisor. YMMV. And just as an FYI, when I have dropped the ETF-bomb, I had legitmately wanted to end my service; I wasn't threatening.
Good luck and hope some of this was useful to you! like I said, YMMV.
PS. If you go into one service center and they give you your options, that doesn't stop you from leaving with your device and getting a "second opinion" from another, possibly more agreeable service center. And then if you care to, as a last resort, you can always try contacting them through e-mail\phone.

Good advice all the way around, all though not too sure about ETF because I'm still on my new contract 14 days. Not sure how they would take that. I also thought about see what Walmart would do since that is where the phone was purchased do to pricing. With the screen not sure how they would handle that can't find anything on the web about the return policy for store bought phones.

Well then, you just opened up your options - try a bunch of different Wal-marts. One of them is bound to have a lackluster employee who doesn't care, and just wants to go back to doing nothing - find that guy\gal and bring home your new N2.
If there is no physical damage to the body of the phone, you have better support to your story that the screen was flawed. I would really fight that point, that the screen was flawed.
Honestly, they don't have a leg to stand on, if there is no physical evidence to the body of the phone that it was "accidental damage", and they're not going to call you a liar (at least not to your face). With all of this, keep in mind to "argue" as politely as possible, but be persistent. Wear them down and get to yes! Illegitimi non carborundum.

And yeah, as far as the ETF-bomb, it may not help if you're only 14 days into your contract. I've been with at&t since 2002 and I have 3 lines, so, that may factor in on their decision with the ETF-bomb.
I was with att for ten years when they decided to move out my upgrade date out of now where claiming it was because of a data overage. I was out of contract ready for renewal the didn't give a S*** about me canceling. I went to Verizon and it was a nightmare had 4 gig limit and they where charging me overage at 3.5 gig. Fought with them for about 3 months before I was able to use breach in contract with a supervisor to get out with out a ETF. Now I'm back at ATT and had this happen.
Plan B

thaaaaat sucks.
Move out your upgrade date because of data overage? weird. that makes no sense to me.
Here's a possible option: it's $200 and you have to return your current device or, is it $200 for a new device and you keep your shattered device? If it's the latter, then possibly sell the current N2 as-is on eBay\craigslist and use that money to purchase replacement? I am inclined to believe it is probably $200 + returning current N2.

The said thing about the overage was it was due to their lack luster dsl department getting our dsl turned on at the new house. Seemed that the old tenant had some cheap phone service and never turned it off. They wanted $800.00 to run new lines. So we where using phones as all internet for a month. I'm pretty sure that I will have to return device, once the other comes in. I'm going to try walmart first, then if that doesn't work see if I can talk the deductible down on the att insurance and hope its not a refurbished. I have had to many android and iphones(wife) that have been through three young boys with out damage and this one damages so easy. Either way new device will not be fully used till it is safe in a case then still treated like a baby.
Bonne chance!

Re: [Q] Broken Glass, ATT insurance, matters of opinion
I didn't see this mentioned but I recommend getting the insurance protection from Best Buy. You can still get it even if you don't get the phone from Best Buy. You can pay one flat fee to cover the year or pay $7 a month.
They will replace your phone at no extra cost for physical or water damage.

Very much aware of that. Had it on my Galaxy nexus gave it to my mom she dropped it hard cracked the screen now she is waiting for her refurb to come in. They told me it was replaced at the store when I brought it in, with new unit. I have had to loan her my inspire while she waits 5-10 days for the other to come in. Not really satisfied with that plan either.
Re: [Q] Broken Glass, ATT insurance, matters of opinion
That's weird. I've had to have 3 devices replaced through best buy over the last couple of years. I've never had to wait more than 3 days. I Also like that you get a loaner phone till the replacement comes in.

I asked for a loaner they said they don't do that.
Edit: Hoping my inspire doesn't suffer same fate.
Re: [Q] Broken Glass, ATT insurance, matters of opinion
I'm actually a manager at a best buy mobile.. We are supposed to supply loaners if we have them with a $50 deposit that you get back when your phone comes back in.. Some stores don't charge that even though they should.. For android devices the insurance is $9.99 a month or $169.99 for 2 years.. Everything is covered except lost or stolen.. Which we do have a free app called locked and found that will let you lock your phone out if it is lost or stolen. It will take pictures with the front facing camera and email them to you with a location.. The best part is there are unlimited claims and no deposit

They wouldn't even let me talk to a mobile associate had to talk to GEEK SQUAD, sometimes I wonder the requirements for Geek squad hiring, Guy didn't know anything. Nothing against Best Buy just had bad experience mobile wise here. Best buy is my favorite store, Been platinum reward member for 8 years now.

I would but we don't have those here.
You should not be concerned AT ALL that you may get a refurbished phone. I've done it couple of times and the phone is always perfect brand new condition. It's not like it will have scuffs on it or non-working parts....not to worry.
Also don't need to reset your phone to stock...you're getting it replaced due to broken screen not complaints that it is not functioning.
Don't get me wrong, this phone is sexy as all hell and it's amazing to have, but PLEASE DEFINITELY GET INSURANCE, Because I know so many people who's brand new + shattered itself to pieces in more ways than one. Thanks :good:
I think I have had this phone for a month now. I do not have insurance on the phone, how would I go about getting insurance?

Where did you find all of the people with who have screens that cracked by them selves. I only counted 3 in your other thread of this forum and found 0 in all of the other edge + forums on xda including the international section. As with everything ever created on the planet their will be a certain number of defects. Some will be on public forums , some wont but it is no reason to start fear mongering.

Call t-mobile and ask them to add insurance for 8$ a month. Deductible is 175$ but that's cheaper than 900$ for a total out of pocket replacement
900 dollars? I bought a new sealed tmob s6edge plus for 580.00.

T-Mobile never asked if you want the coverage when you bought it? They tend to offer you everything they can to meet their monthly sales quotas, surprised they didn't, but if it's been 30 days like you said, it's too late now, you're SOL. Same with Square Trade, seems like 30 days is the standard to decide if you want insurance or not. You don't get forever to enroll, like a car or a house, it'd be too easy, having no insurance, break your phone, buy the insurance then. The next day, file a claim, pay the $175 deductible and wait for a refurbed one, in the mail. Essentially, scoring a $700 or more phone for just $175, never needing to pay the monthly premium and canceling the insurance after receiving the phone...
Wouldnt be realistic... The cell phone insurance industry, wouldn't be in existance if they allowed enrollment anytime or just whenever you're convenient! Its a business for profit industry, not a charitible one. ObamaPhonecares got my vote!

What?? So you never checked to find out the phones market price, prior to paying the $580? How do you usually establish an items value? Asking since the process is obviously foreign to you, how do you prevent yourself from gettin ripped off, every time you buy something or what steps do you take to inform yourself that you aren't over paying on your purchases?
Its clear you got lucky with this phone, as you're now just learning this but, much after forking over nearly 6 notes on it, I'm picturing a loose canon for some reason.. .
I wouldn't be too surprised, either, if you're in the wrong forum, this one's for the S6 Edge+ <---- (notice the "plus" sign at the end), not to be confused with the S6 Edge <---- (no plus sign)..
Differences: 1/2 inch of more screen, 1GB of RAM, 400mAh battery and about $100-150 more in retail price on the "+" model.
See history repeating itself all the time, as I'm having a strong sense of it here..
Wages on this... anyone?
Look on swappa.com . they advertise on xda for christ sake. S6 edge+ for 580.00 they have att, tmobile and sprint..protected by paypal payment system. I have bought 6 phones and never had a problem. I have been on xda for 3 yrs and have been modding phones since 2009.
Phones aren't cracking themselves. Idiots are cracking them due to user error then running amuck online with BULLCHIT stories in an attempt to justify their own mistake.

Absolutely true! I have dropped my edge+ more times than I want to admit and it has come out unscathed. Granted, I've got a Spigen case and a screen protector but it's taken some 4ft drops and survived.
Ive dropped mine a lot over the past two weeks on concrete, tile and metal. Mostly against the carpet floor. Im using a hybrid verus high pro shield case and some screen protector from dmax armor that is already coming off.
Ive read the dramatic instant shatter posts and it made me extremely paranoid. But then i fell asleep with it a few nights in a row completely pressed against it with my body and no harm or foul.
Im definately not a extra careful user but i do invest in protection and i use my phone from 0300 to 2100 and some nights later until i fall asleep.
So basically, @LiniXpir8, you are technology addict like the rest of us here? Lol.
