All that seems to be legit. What do you think ?

Yep that is it. I saw other screenshots as well and it was running 4.2 Jelly Bean (not key lime pie~)

Dissapointed by the lack of MicroSD card slot, may actually put me off this, its complete BS to be honest, especially with the price of SD cards at the moment. On the other hand the screen seems like a winner and its plain android which means support for years to come.
This will come down to price for me. I'll be really annoyed if there is a massive difference between the 16 and 32 gig versions, without the microsd card slot this will need 32gig minimum IMO in order to be reasonably future proof.
As things stand Google may be about to loose a sale over the MicroSd card ommision, if it had one i'd almost definately get this assuming the price wasnt stupidly high.

Read this: http://www.androidcentral.com/why-nexus-devices-have-no-sd-card
If you're disappointed by a Nexus device not having micro SD support, then I'm assuming you're not very familiar with the Nexus program and Google's stance on micro SD cards... its not like this is the first Nexus to not offer micro SD support, so it isn't a shocker. It would have been more of a surprise if it did offer support.
There are plenty of OEMs that do offer that functionality, this is the beauty of Android... consumer choice. This will not be the only 10 inch tablet with similar specs to come to market.

Hardware looks GNote 10ish, which wasn't too appealing to me. Software is a step in a bad direction.

Its ugly.
But specs are amazing..

I'd like to see Google allow SD cards, even if it's only as media storage. I understand what they're doing, but tablets could really make good use of expandable storage.
As I mentioned in another thread, the phone UI seems like it will be extremely uncomfortable on a 10" tablet. Rather than having a conveniently thumb adjacent set of navigation buttons you have to juggle the device.
While I wasn't considering acquiring a tablet, the N7 did tempt me. Maybe Google will surprise me when they announce it, but at this point in time I'm not really interested.

I miss my Galaxy Nexus :(

So I had the Verizon Galaxy Nexus running Jelly Bean and today I sold my nexus and bought the SIII. I never realized how much software matters over hardware! Sure the SIII has more ram and a slightly better camera but I will tell you while I miss my nexus!!!!!
1. Stock OS - I hate the fact why on my SIII I cant organize my apps into other app folders. I feel like I am running android 2.4 and not 4.04!
2. Jelly Bean- I love project butter (even though the Siii is still smooth) and I way prefer googles voice assistant alot more
3. Build- I think I am one of the few that prefer the the size and material of the nexus. Even though the nexus is close in size, I still feel the
S3 is just too big. Not to mention I prefer the rubberized feel on the nexus.
4. On screen menu keys. Just have not got used to the S3 and dont know if I ever will.
5. Ability to swap roms. Being that verizon has a locked bootloader on the S3 and there are no working Jelly bean roms, I feel by the time
Verizon upgrades to Jelly Bean I will be counting down the days till the Galaxy Nexus 4 comes out!!!!
*****Thinking about selling my S3, but dont want to waste an upgrade on a new phone so just may give it to family and buy my nexus back***
Bottom line.... I miss my nexus
That's why I did not buy it

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
even though you can slap a cyanogen onto a non-nexus device, it will took longer than on nexus. On Nexus, Google update new version, the longest you have to wait is one week before a build is surfacing. But nowadays our dev are super so it only took few hours lolz, and with pretty much everything working most importantly.
With non-nexus, NO~~ it took ages to wait for this driver, that source code wtf wtf bla bla bla~~ I've been there with SGS2 and One X, regretted my choice. and you cant enjoy the true feeling of AOSP too. you'll notice you need TW or Sense for a better hardware experience like the camera, etc etc.
oh as asdfasd2 said, yes i agree. Samsung does sucks with their source codes. CM was long enough on SGS2 and still, after they release the codes, devs are having headaches fixing what were supposed to be fixed. Luckily Nexus S and Gnexus are handled by Google, not them.
i must confess i was feeling a little tempted myself but ever since the nexus 7 release i cant take the damn table off my mind just waiting a couple of weeks to see if a nexus 10 is gonna be release but i cant wait a lo more

Thank god for Paranoid Android!
I like it. Going from phone to tablet should be seamless - everything in the same position on screen. We've grown to the Android tablet UI for about 20 months since Honeycomb first rolled out, and naturally this is a change. The design team had to give this serious consideration before making it happen, so there must be a solid rationale behind it all. One more step towards eliminating fragmentation.

Making the tablet experience the exact same as the phone one does not equal getting rid of "fragmentation" (that word gets throw around so much people are forgetting what it means but that's a different discussion). Other than a larger screen what advantage does a tablet have over a phone if it's the exact same UI? There isn't one. There should be some kind of distinguishing factors between the two types of devices or there stops being a point buying both when there are Phablets like the note out.
Damn resolution is higher than my 1080p laptop, can only see half of the full sized pics =P

They want u to use drive and playstore cloud, I think it comes in other size storage tho, 8gb, 16gb, 32gb and if we get lucky maybe a 64gb or 128gb version but honestly 32gb is plenty for me cuz I don't keep my whole collection of movies on my tab I just rotate em out between my storage center and my tablet and just keep a few on at a time, and music i usually stream and only keep a handful of hard to find stuff on storage.
Edit: oh yeah plus I already have 60gb for my box account and 15gb on my drive account so that right there is 75gb of cloud space on top of my internal. The nice thing about cloud storage is you can pull it to whatever device you want wherever you are.

IF i get it, it will definitely be the 16 gb version...i think this question is pretty obvious...16gb if you need the space 8 if you dont
and if you get 8 you obviously dont save things on your phone or you use cloud
P.S. i have the GSM Nexus and ive gotten somewhat used to 16gb...but i still don't like the transition to cloud storage thing..i have to keep such a close eye on what i save and what i dont
I'm getting the 16GB version. The cloud seems well and good, but personally I think it's still in it's infancy stage. Better implementations are sure to come in the near future, but until then I'm good with the 16GB. 8GB just doesn't seem like a lot of space @[email protected]

Still torn. I've only used about 3.5GB of storage on my GNex so 8GB seems like it will be plenty. But for $50 I could get 16GB for the extra headroom.

I'll be amazed if the 16GB model gets sold out immediately (or at all). It's not like the iPhone. There are nowhere near enough people who know/care enough about the Nexus line to order one the second they are available for purchase.
I'll probably end up getting an n4 at some point when my gnex breaks.
Judging from the below screen shot, I could get by barely with 8 gigs, but would most def opt for the 16 gig.

yes when it comes to the storage. After all whats the point of having a turbo charged corvette with 700 horsepower if you dont have enough space to have the gas... Think of the vette gas tank as storage space... not everyone can have Hugh dropbox accounts and also with the very limited data packages... vzw i have only 12gb per month and with my home wifi from att regular dsl non uverse i only get 150gb each month... So yes big internal storage is very useful. Also having an external sd card is nice. I usually reset my phone several times each week sometime 4 times in one day., on the gnex i then have to copy back my music pics and movies after that. I say that internal storage should only be used to install programs and that any additional downloaded content goes onto the sd card provided the sd card size is larger then the internal storage. I have now seen sdxc cards at like 256gb now and they can go upto over a few terabytes...

What do you have on your phone? I mean I understand some music and maybe a movie or so but 16Gb , for me at least, is more than enough. I have quite a few FLAC albums on my GNEX and some movies (no 5GB mkv files off course) and it's fine. I am considering going to the 8GB version of the Nexus 4. But then again I don't consume large amounts of movies on my phone so maybe that is the difference.

You haven't heard they're releasing the 128 GB version??!?!? It's also the same price as the 16GB model apparently!
Never understand people who wants to put their whole computer hard drive on a cellphone.
