3/4g will sometimes just disappear on my note 2, even with 4 bars. Rebooting brings it back. Anybody else having this problem? Any solutions?

So I seem to be running into this issue whenever I use a data intensive application or a full screen game my signal dies. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and if it's possibly modem related. I'm currently running CR.4.9 paired with AMC3 baseband

No....I have not seen this issue. ..g
My gs3 has been getting bad reception lately. My gf's HTC 1x and my gs3 used to get about the same service inside my house where now I'm getting 1 bar when she gets 4. I've tried everything I can think of to get a better signal. Flashed modems, changed apns, flashed back to stock, tried build prop hacks, nothing helped. Could this be an antenna malfunction? Are there any hardware mods that may help? Maybe something I've looked over. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just turned wifi off and went from none to 2 bars. But with the way my signal goes in and out it could just be coincidence........

Here is a list for different radios on i747: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831898
You can flash them in twrp or cwm.
Its a hit or miss depending on your phone and area.
I tried the latest release and am getting very good reception

Didnt realize they had a new radio. Really wasn't expecting the new radio to help since I tried the rest with no success but it actually fixed my issue I'm getting about the same service as my gf. Thanks alot.

I have the Samsung OEM mhl-hdmi adapter, and when I connect it to my TV my mobile network turns off. Like an "x" showing near my bars. Running slesh's 4.3 sts 1.2 odex rom. But I noticed it on jellybomb

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? My wifi connection will stay on just fine but not the mobile connection. So no 3g/4G, can't receive calls or texts.

I have the same issue using classic rom but I have 3 phones cloned to same number so irt is not really an issue for me.

Yeah I have my number linked up to my note 8.0. But when I don't have my tablet on me, it can be a pain. Not as bad as my old evo 4g, there was no way to keep text or calls in the background when connected to hdmi, interrupted all movies lol

Moved to Q&A.
I believe its the adapter not so much the phone. I have a third party adapter and when I first got it I would lose reception. Now I actually get reception and dont even use wifi to stream movies or shows..
So I constantly get an exclamation by my data connection. I was getting LTE or 4g and now I almost never see it over the last few days. Could be a sim problem or does anyone else have any ideas.

Check your APN setting. Remove and reset it again.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post... please move if it is. My wife's stock note 4 keeps turning on by it self. She isn't on unlimited data so it's becoming a problem. Anyone else have/had this problem? Solution?
100% stock. No root.
