Download the firmware from the Wiki and extract what you need. Thank Spectre51 http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=2775934 for this.

Edit: Not sure what I was thinking. Thats firmware not a system dump. I suppose you could use flashtool to push .apks - What apps do you need?

I just verified that using the deodexed Rom zip gives you all system apps.
Just download the deodexed zip file for your version and unzip. I did it on my Ion with file explorer.

Try using an app called Bluetooth File Transfer or Bluetooth App Sender. They are free in the play store and I could send .apk files from it easily without any problems. Hope this helped.

Deodex your ROM.
Search if you want to know what it is. If you can't understand it, then customizing Android is not for you.

How do i deox my phone??? I want to install the honami framework seems like I need to do that first

It is easier for you to flash pre-deodexed firmware.
Look in dev section, im on phone so i cant link you.

I read somewhere that when you use a file explorer like esfile explorer, to browse to system\apps and you can only see apk files..then you have a deodexed rom. If you see other files such as odex and the apk files then your rom is odexed.
Hope this helps.

Recently i deleted my systemui.apk and systemui.odex and forgot to make a backup. I am on c2004. Could anyone upload their systemui.apk and systemui.odex on 4.3 that have not been messed around with?

Why not extract it from an/your FTF? Well, if you have one.
Do you?

That did the trick, thank you so much. In that pervious link, systemui.odex was 0.00b, so it obviously wasn't going to work
