Deodex your ROM.
Search if you want to know what it is. If you can't understand it, then customizing Android is not for you.

Try redownloading the apk. I think it happens if the apk is not completely downloaded.

You can't just install those files like normal apk's. Push them to system. Make sure those are correct files otherwise it would result in either a bootloop or force close galore.

Download the firmware from the Wiki and extract what you need. Thank Spectre51 http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=2775934 for this.
Direct Download

Reference Link

Edit: Not sure what I was thinking. Thats firmware not a system dump. I suppose you could use flashtool to push .apks - What apps do you need?

I just verified that using the deodexed Rom zip gives you all system apps.
Just download the deodexed zip file for your version and unzip. I did it on my Ion with file explorer.

What do you want to do with it?
If you're serious with it, you should visit the Android general and dev sections and read at least 10 post about it before asking in a device-specific section.

Bro, please search the forums before posting, but anyway, this is what you have to do. Go to system/vendor/overlay and delete every file there. Then reboot. That fixes everything. Press thanks!!

I find this mind boggling. U rooted, installed cwm and unlocked the bootloader but you cant mount the system as r/w? If thats a bit hard for you, you should download the app root browser, That will ler yoyu delete stuff without the need of r/w
