Glaszone tempered screen protector - Galaxy S III Accessories

Let me start by saying that I have tried several screen protectors.. The dba(rainbow city), steinheil(what happened to the quality?), and several off brand.
So my glaszone arrived today. International shipping took all of 5 days, not bad.
My ONLY gripe is that the white version is a sparkled white. I cannot confirm this on any other color. This was not represented in any of the documentation that I read from the company.
The pros.
Clear as, well glass. The screen shines through as though nothing is even on top of it. It's beautiful but that's coming from the dba which I personally thought was misrepresented garbage. Harsh? Nah.
Smoooooooth as butter this thing slides like a dream under your fingertips.
Scratch proof! I purposely left my phone in a pocket with keys all day and not a scratch one.
This thing is responsive, I have had zero issues with responsiveness all day. Nada.
Installation was a breeze and it is not lifting with my uag installed. Even though the uag covers it, still no lift. You might be careful installing your case to ensure that you fit this one under the lip but so far so good.
All in all this is the best protector that I have used, period. I just wish that it were white and not sparkle flaked. Though it is hard to tell unless you are in certain lighting.

Great review.
About the sparkles, they actually included in the description in korean, it is a "pearl effect" apparently. lol.
It is included in black, i find it fine, would look plain without it.
But if they used stripes like the original it would be better.

Well for starters, it ruins the crystal clear beautiful display.
I use it on the sides and back for a grippy feel.
SGP on the screen.
I have the same setup, I use SGP for the screen and Best Skins Ever for the body. But to compare all the wet install type shields, they will all have the orange peel effect but from my experience, Best Skins Ever is minimal and it isn't nearly as grippy feeling as the Zagg. In other words, your screen is still nice and smooth and not grippy if you use the Best Skins Ever screen protector.
Here are some pictures of the BSE on the Nexus S from a while ago: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10398198&postcount=6
Do BSE skins for the SGN come with separate pieces for the battery case and device frame? Hard to tell from the Nexus S pictures. I used to use them on iPhones, but of course battery replacement was not an option with those...
I've used BSE on many products, good stuff and cheap! Also excellent customer service.

They always have come with the pieces separate for me, at least when I got it for my Nexus One, Nexus S, and Galaxy S2... so I'm assuming it's the same thing for the Galaxy Nexus. If it doesn't then I will be very surprised.
So is screen protector edge to edge all the way around? And how is the battery cover handled since it is textured?

From past experience, the screen cover is pretty much edge to edge everywhere. The textured back was kind of weird with the skin (I had a Galaxy S2 before this with the same textured back). At first when you put it on, you will notice gaps between the cover and the textured back, like it wasn't really on all the way. I left it alone and after about 2 weeks or so, it's like it dried out even more or shrunk to the textured backing and it looked good from then on out.
FYI people.....

unfortunately i ordered yesterday and i asked if they can adjust my order.....

I hate hate hate how grippy zaggs are. I use sgp crystal clear on my dinc right now. Will I be able to tell the difference in grip between that and these you think? I just really love hard covers since my finger can slide across with no friction...

Just bought one of these, apparently it's free shipping to UK as well? Hopefully they don't pull me up on that!
What exactly is this?
I'm having a hard time visualizing what this is. The images they have are of the phone and not the individual protectors. Anyone have pictures or anything to support the product? I've typically bought the the PET silicone stiff protector for the screen. Very nice stuff. But this product also has a body protector??
So again, if anyone has photo's I'd appreciate the wisdom.

i've talked to BSE and they said other than the battery cover being on piece, there are multiple pieces to the body parts.
skins ALWAYS look good on glossy phones.
they look good on textured phone too, but man glossy looks nice.
i have BSE for my NS and its awesome. i noticed that they are think to begin with.
some skins are thicker.
I have a question, if I do not like the look of the protector, will it be easy to remove and leave no damage?

Case mate pop case and visor ag screen protector

Heres a few pics of the casemate case for the s3. I had to go to an at&t store because bestbuy had no accessories (prolly be here on 28th right lol) and i didnt like the sprint ones. And it has a VISOR AG screen protector on it. If your like me and had no clue what these were basically its a screen protector that covers the whole front of the phone not just the screen its self. Its clear for the screen and if you notice its clear not cut out for the back and menu buttons. Then the outer layer is white or blue depending on what color you have. Also this screen protector is fingerprint and bubble free. Normally im an otterbox defender or ballistic HC guy but i gotta admit im liking this

I just ran up to the att store and bought the same setup you did. The grip on the side was most important and it is outstanding. The visor screen cover is excellent as well because there is little to no touch loss. In addition its washable and replaceable. My phone was blue and they only had the white visor, so now it appears white with the white case.
Cons: the stand is very flimsy, but I don't care I never use it.
Loving it, thanks for the heads up.

It's an awesome case. I'm glad I got it as well!
It's rubbery where it needs to be, and hard case where it needs to be.

I've got the same case, direct from Case-mate (Used code 'tough' for 20% off, not sure if it's still active FYI).
I love the case, with one exception.... that kickstand is damn flimsy and unless you're on a PERFECT level surface, forget about Portrait mode. (And yes the website says it's good for portrait or laandscape).
I've emailed Case-Mate to see if they are aware of the kickstand issues and are planning to do anything about them (like retool to a metal like Seidio)....
I need to find a Seidio one local so I can see it in action to determine which I'll keep for the long haul. This one feels real nice in the hand though.
Still waiting on my screen protectors in the mail.. bought like 3 different brands (2 cheapie and 1 seidio), figure i'll try something new

Good :
- Rubber grips on the side
- Buttons click well
- Kickstand
- Feels sturdy overall
- Headphone jack area accommodates even the largest jacks.
Bad :
- Kickstand feels flimsy
- Rubber on back peels and stains the back of the case (will wipe off though)
- Back is raised so it doesn't rest on the rubber grips. It'll spin in place.
- Headphone port area cracked a little (tiny) when trying to remove phone from case. In other words, not enough plastic.
Advice: Buy but only in white (Which I have). It scratches easily like Speck cases. You won't see scratches on the white but I guarantee you'll see them all over the black one within 5 minutes of putting it on.

I wonder how this will work or if it even will work with a glass screen protector?
First off its called the ivisor. I have had this same setup for over a month now. I got tired of the sp yes it looks good but go out in the sunlight and try to use your phone its impossible to see.
Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
I've used AG iVisor for a few phones now and they have always been outstanding. I presently have one on a SGS 2, Nokia Lumia 900 and my SGS3.
So I seem to have issue with the SGS3s iVisor. While the iVisor fits well, when I put a case on, it pushes the sides of the iVisor up and away from the screen, simply pushing it off the face of the phone. I have tried 3 different cases (non of which are the same as mentioned in the OP), that being said, the case should not matter...
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
I attribute it to the (almost zero edge) construction of the phone. This problem has not occurred on either of the other devices mentioned.
Yes the case does make a diffence some just push up the ivisor I have this problem with many of cases on reason I don't recommended this product.

I wonder if this case works well with the iVisor iGlaze for GALAXY SIII

[REVIEW]AOKP Second Series for Samsung Galaxy S III

Case Review - AOKP Second Series for Samsung Galaxy S III
Cruzerlite contacted me again asking if I would review a different case. Since I’m partial to TPU cases (and AOKP) I decided to go with some uniporn action.
Wow. That’s what I can say to start. I’m sure many of you have ordered TPU cases from Ebay/Amazon for $10 tops. That’s what I used to do. Immediately upon opening this case --- I noticed this was cut from a different cloth.
The quality of the case is without a doubt – top notch. It has almost a gel-like feel to it, which greatly helps with grip. All of the cutouts match up perfectly, with the volume rocker and power button open --- meaning you have a direct contact to the button. This would drive me nuts on other TPU cases I ordered, as many wouldn’t line up perfectly, meaning accidental volume presses and so forth. I’m sure many of you can relate. Cruzerlite decided to not cover the buttons with plastic (instead leaving them open) and I am a HUGE fan.
Design-wise (on this series) you will either love it or hate it. Personally, I’m secure with my manhood, so I have no issues rocking a unicorn on my case  I went with the gray/black combo and it looks amazing. Many compliments so far…
Protection wise --- you will be good with this case. It has a very good lip on the front so you don’t have to worry about setting your phone down and messing up the screen. Once you have this case on your phone, you (at least me) should not feel scared to drop your phone. It fits like a glove and by just holding it --- you have a feeling it will absorb enough impact to make you not cry when you pick up your phone. Of course it won’t have the protection of say an Otterbox or Spi-Force, but certain consumers (myself included) don’t go that route and feel safe with TPU. I can say without a doubt – this is the highest quality TPU case I’ve touched to date. That spans across about 10 devices 
Another perk? The ladies love it. Lol. My girlfriend sniped the case from me this weekend and said she doesn’t plan on giving it back  Also, the designs just look cool – if unicorns are your thing.
Why I like it:
*Nice, solid, quality feel to the TPU.
*Improves grip
*Prominent lip on the front for protection
*It has a unicorn on it!
What I don’t like:
*Nothing! Honest! Big fan and I will be buying more.
Again, if unicorns aren’t your thing, they have the same quality cases in a variety of different designs. I would seriously check them out. I’m not being paid or anything for this, so this is my unbiased opinion.
Let me know if you have any questions.

I ordered the white one for my white GS3. Can't wait to get it in the mail tomorrow! Killer design... I'm glad to hear it's premium quality too. I assumed from the price that it was more than the cool design I was paying for. I almost got the persona AOKP case, but this one seemed so much nicer. I'll take some pics hopefully and get them up here this weekend.
Cruzerlite makes fantastic products. I had the one with a bunch of little Andy cutouts on my last phone, and it added just the right amount of grip and durability that I wanted. I actually liked the way my phone felt better when I had the case on than with it off. Also, I've talked to the owner and he's a pretty cool guy. Good customer service!

i think he's talking about where there seems to be color missing in spots around the volume rocker cutout (most noticeably just up from the rocker cutout), as well as the random purple stripes at the top end of the case where it seems like it should be pure white.
Which one do you recommend for the pebble blue version?

I don't know if you like to dig into facts most of the screen protectors come for some factory and are exactly the same even with variable prices from sellers on ebay and amazon. Buy cheapest one and expensive one. Test it out and realise.
American consumers look at price tags, many will recommend steinheil, ghost armor and all those , and when u end up buying a 50c one and compare, u will be surprised.

Ghostek Nautical S8+

Anyone tried it yet? Going to do some water activities this weekend so snagged one on Amazon. Haven't had good luck with LifeProofs in the past. Have had Ghosteks Atomic before but for iPhone their charger cutout was horrendous. I guess for $35 if I get a weekends use out of it I'll be happy.
