Has anyone been able to get the Note 2 from Sprint? I can't find it on their website and all the third party retailers I've called say its not out yet..

I found it just going to their site, it's just not being featured on the front page.

bought it at sprint store today. Best buy said they'd get it "early November" but didn't know any more than that.

Yes i jus picked mine up at my local sprint they had limited inventory 6 in total, but i was there when the doors swung open. Man I can't wait to fully explore this device

I got mine at a sprint store as one Best Buy said they would have them and after calling a few times yesterday including 5 min. before they closed and they didn't get them in yet. So i went to Sprint.

I didn't see it on the website around midnight, but saw it earlier today. Just placed my order in through telesales a minute ago. The reason I didn't get it through the store, is because i'm OCD and want a screen protector on it before I start using it.:silly:

I was waiting at the Sprint door this morning when they opened.....along with a couple of other guy.
Got Mine with the Samsung cover.. Sweet.
I took my wife to a different store this afternoon to upgrade her iphone to a iphone 5.
This second Sprint store said they sold out of the Note 2 within the first hour.
So...Now I have a new Note 2 and a new iphone 5 for side by side comparison...I tried really hard to convince my wife to get the Note,
but she had to have the iphone.

Man I can't get mine until Monday hope there are still some left

Note II in Costco??

When the Note I came out Costco sold it for regular price with Flip Case and two Screen protectors. Does anyone know or have gotten the Note II
at Costco? If so does it come with same accessories? Haven't had a chance to make it down there to ask them.
I was told they are getting it near launch date. They already sent back original Note inventory. Accessories unknown but usually lame except for one OEM they include.

AT&T at Costco....
I was at Costco before as well, and noticed that the Kios/stand didn't have the AT&T phones anymore. I asked what happened, and they said they are no longer doing AT&T phone in the store, but will still do it online... I'm not sure if it's all Costco, or just in my region(Northwest)....
I asked about the Note 2 as well, and they were only able to answer for the carriers that had in the store..
I have not seen it online(haven't checked yet today) on the Costco site... so, just ended up pre-ordering from AT&T...
I work there...we still sell at&t phones and service through the with wireless advocates kiosk. I have no clue what the accessory bundle is going to be, but I'm pretty sure its going to be 279.99 or 289.99...we don't sell phones outright. Only new, upgrades, and add a line.

So, at least it's not all of Costco Kios that AT&T is pulling out of.. was hoping that they were still at the one in my area... as I liked getting the accessories as a bonus..
Do you know when it will go live online for order? I know when I ordered the SGSIII, I was able to pre-order it online.

I do know its only going to be for home delivery as of now. You'll be able to go online yourself or go to a kiosk and the employees there will order it for you. Kind of sucks, I understand why (note is still considered a niche category phone).

Unfortunatly, the person at that time stated that they couldn't order any AT&T phone at the Kios, and it has to be done only online, as they got rid of the AT&T display..
So, not sure what the story is.. haha... either way, I'm good with the online order from AT&T direct...

Depending on the type of account you have, they will honor the 14 or 30 day return. After that, 90 days for device swap for same device. Just an FYI for you. As long as you're not one to abuse this policy, they will help you anyway they can.
Only downside is they hardly ever have pre-orders. I've only seen the one s for tmo.

He doesn't seem to be good at timely answers. My wife heard All stores are only getting 5 each and I asked him if it was true and its been half an hour ago and still no answer. I told him I need 2. I'll ask but can't promise timely answers.

I'd like to echo this sentiment. From what I've heard, from people's dealings with AT&T customer representatives, there's a thought that the white version will be available on Friday in stores. I really want the white version... so... can we get a yay or a nay?

replace S3 with SGN and we are brothers!!! my power button also doesnt work on the the 3gs, i really am itching, the only thing i like is that i can get 2 weeks of crap before my glorious screen returns!!!

I will be at the store nearest me at 8:30 Friday morning to try and get one. I am *so tired* of getting the runaround by ATT reps. First the inability to preorder online, then the phone rep telling me there's nothing she could do and they had no idea, and to go talk to a store. One store telling me that I could come back in a few days and preorder it from them, then saying a few days later they didn't even have the SKU in the system. *Then* that same store told me I wouldn't have a hard time at all getting one, however, I called back yesterday and they said "We aren't getting very many, you might want to be here early." ARGH. This shouldn't be this frustrating.

My local store just call me to let me know they have more than enough in @ the Town Center Jacksonville, Fl. Too bad I got a really good deal via premier support by phone. They were going to give me the phone for 299 with some freebee's but was adding a line and just keeping with no phone/data on it. 9.99 a month...Premier CSR gave it to me same price and did an early upgrade (6 months early!). I'm happy.
Just got one from my local store. Got the last one. They only had 2.

This really sucks. I went to an at&t store and waited until they opened this morning. They had 5 galaxy notes for sale but they would not sell me once because I would not sign a new contract. I tried buying the phone for full price and they told me it could be over a month before they are able to sell the GN2 off contract. I called customer support who actually called the store because they couldn't believe they wouldn't sell it to me. Customer support ended up saying its up to the manager to decide if they have limited stock...blah blah blah.
Terrible customer service from at&t as usual. I don't know what to do about it now because even customer support would not let me order it from them directly on the phone. I have a business account with them so I am waiting to hear back from my company rep but this BS should be allowed to exist. I am literally willing to give them $650 + tax for a phone and they won't take my money. If it wasn't for my grandfathered unlimited data plan than I would think about leaving them. Does anyone have any similar experience or suggestions on how to make this happen for me? I really wanted to get a GN2.

I guess it could be up to the manager but why didnt you plan on hitting a few at&t stores, not just one? I'm sure others wouldnt mind taking your money.

Went real early to my AT&T store here in St.Louis...and was told their shipment was still inbound...and most of all the other AT&T stores around here have none or only 1 or 2 to sell today...
Man...what a lousy way to do things for a launch day on a product...Someone screwed up big time...

I wish I had pre-ordered, but I didn't think I was going to want it initially until I played with it at a local store. I have called over 30 stores in the NYC area (time to kill today). None of the manhattan stores have any. I have found a few in Brooklyn with white. Not titanium to be found.
I'll either wait till Best Buy has it or I'll wait till the next shipment.
I stopped by a Rogers store in Calgary yesterday and they told me that Rogers has only received 20 for the whole city so far! That is for a city with a population of 1.1M??? Very sad Samsung. You will never beat Apple this way!!
I don't know if this is Samsung's fault completely. It seems like Sprint here in America has them in stock all over the place, but I can't find them at AT&T. Perhaps Rogers and AT&T didn't order enough?

This is likely the case. Samsung hasn't listed any shortages of the note 2 and many Asian carriers got this phone by the droves. Sprint stores have a crap ton around Atlanta GA, but ATT stores have around 20ish (checked 2 stores) so it seems to be carrier orders that were low and not Samsung shipments.
Curiously ATT has had more growth in Online purchases than Sprint, so they may be trying to find a good balance between not over/under ordering at physical stores and relying on online purchases for the bulk of their shipments. I ordered mine from ATT online. Just thinking out loud.

With 6 people in queue in front of me, I asked the girl who checked me in if anyone else was there for the Note 2. She said no and agreed to grab one for me and check me out since I was buying it off contract.
I told her that there was another guy waiting on one (who I had met while wandering the store waiting). Hopefully he got his too!
Nassau New York, none of the AT&T stores have any yet...everyone I called kept telling me to call back in a few hours to see if the they got the shipment in. I got mine at a small non-corporate store on Friday, so if anyone around here is looking check out those little guys.

My salesman checked all of the St.Louis stores including Fenton since it's only a couple miles from Sunset Hills...they were out too...Have to wait and see if they are coming in on the truck today..My salesman will hold 1 for me along with what ever cases they have if they come in too..:fingers-crossed:

At&t in Secaucus Nj had both colors today. I'm in the best buy in woodbridge now waiting to trade in my old note for the note 2 here. Its the only one in the area that has titanium in stock today. Many stores are expecting shipment today or tomorrow though.

What about cases? They basically had only the flip cover last week.
Cleveland AT&T store had a bunch of them - I got the first one, straight out of the shipping box. I was the only one getting one that morning. It's strange how good AT&T is around here in terms of speed and everything, given what a medium market we are - must be the holdover corporate presence they've had here for years.

I purchased mine from AT&T Roosevelt Field Mall. When I got there and asked, they said they only had 2 left and this was at 1pm. Before I finished my purchase, I heard another customer come in and ask for the other one.

The corporate store on Lindbergh in Crestwood...and they still didn't have any today as well...no shipment scheduled for today
They have checked the other stores stock via computer for me...and this is getting a little frustrating. How can you have a launch without enough stock to sell to the customers..I know I'll wind up getting one sooner or later...and as my good wife always tells me..." everything for a reason " but damn....this really aggravates me

I redeemed mine on launch day and it's still showing pending approval on HTC's site. Even though it said redeem by 6/20 you should have still redeemed it when you got the phone, really no reason to have waited.
Is there a way to track the free gift ?

I submitted on the 22nd and it still says pending. The big bummer is my in-box charger was DOA, so I've been using my V10 charger. I'm hearing horror stories about non approved chargers messing up the 10. I've been meaning to go back to T-Mo and see if they can just throw me a new charger.
I ordered mine on launch day but didn't receive it till the following week. Tracking the submission request it says approved on June 4th so we'll see what happens.
Naturally, the day after I email customer service (got no response), the status changed to approved.
I was never told about it when I got the phone. Had to go to a different T-Mobile store, cause my regular one didn't have the h10, and had no idea when or if they would be be getting it. Way to drop the ball T-Mobile.

Yeah, well I just heard about this and I want my free gifts. Its not my fault that T-Mobile decided to not carry this phone in ANY store in central Ohio.
I have a contact at T-Mobile executive office I have been dealing with on other things. Can anyone get me info on this so I can ask her about it?

My T-mobile store didn't tell me either, but I knew about it like a week before the phone was even released at T-mobile. . .
It was literally all over the internet and even on the T-mobile HTC 10 store page
They gave you a like 5 days to buy the phone (may 18-23 I think?) and then you had until june 3rd? to submit the proper information for redemption..
I don't think complaining to T-mobile about you not knowing or the store not telling you about this is going to get you anywhere

I was simply asking for the details. I have been dealing with T-Mobile at their executive office for weeks on another matter. The person I was speaking too knew that I was waiting on this phone to release so I could order it.

I gave you the information on the promotion that has ended.
Pretty sure that's all there is.. you missed the promotion and that's it... pretty sure htc was/is doing a $20 rebate on the ice view due to it being out of stock..

Thank you for the info. Like I said I had been dealing with some serious crap from T-Mobile for weeks and have a direct line to the executive office because of it. I was letting her know how the central ohio market got screwed because of how it was handled and communicated. That has been my biggest issue with them.
I was simply wanting to provide that info to them so that T-Mo can work to improve its customer service. Tired of getting crap every time I have to talk to them about anything.

I've seen some getting their replacements from Best Buy and a few AT&T stores seem to have received them this afternoon, but it seems they are in Maine and Virginia from what I've seen. Wish Verizon would jump on board! They should be pushing an update for the Verizon Note7 tomorrow or Wednesday too, hopefully its got some goodies inside it.

Yeah they told me a few days ago that they weren't expecting them for a few more weeks. I don't think the reps know wtf they are talking about sometimes. Gonna try again in the morning and see what happens

I also contacted my local store yesterday(and will attempt to do so once again today) and was advised they did not expect any shipments. The person also advised that he wasn't aware when they were actually arriving.. I will, however keep trying.. Every day...

My manager friend whos at our reseller store said hes got as much conflicting stories as we do. He did say verizon did say its a one for all when they come in. So basically us exchanger have to be in comp with people who want to buy new ones. Which we discussed how bull**** that is. What he has done is made a list (of those whos called) and when they come in hes going to contact the exchangers and give them first crack.

I have read that the note 7 won't go on sale for new customers until October. Only exchanges till then.

I'm currently at our vacation home roughly an hour away from the nearest corporate store; been here all summer and had my original Note 7 delivered here when I ordered it online.
When I read here this morning that the VZW website was showing the Note 7 available for purchase, I called in to arrange for my replacement to be shipped to me. The Customer Care rep initially claimed that the phone could only be exchanged in a corporate store, but when I explained to her that I had spoken with 2 CC reps previously that had stated unequivocally that a replacement could be shipped, she did some checking and discovered that this was indeed an option.
As I write this, though, she's having an issue using my alternate shipping address (even though it's the same one the original phone was shipped to!), and is working with her manager to resolve that and will be calling me back with a confirmation number.
The replacement is shipping 2nd-day and I'm hoping to have it in-hand on Thursday.
I read that too yesterday but haven't heard anything to verify it. We just have to... As usual wait. ?

Yeah, wtf Verizon. I guess they do whatever they want.
This is why Samsung should have handled it. If you're counting on Verizon to do the right thing, then you're doing it wrong.

Just called no ETA on when they are getting any in.. My friend is a store manager for a authorized resellers that run by the cellular connection (all through the usa) and they have nothing.. Hes can't understand why they are not communicating to everyone except stores even his corporate stores friends dont know anything.
So I called Verizon again this morning, and she told me to call back tomorrow as they should be getting some in on the 21st. So hopefully tomorrow I can exchange it and stop worrying about owning a ticking time bomb lol
So how do you actually get through all the automated B.S. to talk to a person at the local Verizon

Hmmm I was able to order mine today, I also asked what I should do with the "bad one" they said to keep it as Samsung doesn't want them back...In my heart I feel this isn't true and I don't want to be charged for not returning the old one. Who else was told to keep the old one?
