I downloaded this firmware, from another china site (10 hours download))), but when I ran the *.Bat, they wrote that the signatures are not valid.
I can put on another file sharing, but I doubt that it will help ... (((

I'm not sure if this helps but I have OTA 2.17.708.7 update, which I think could be used after applying RUU 1.29.708.7
you can download (I have copy also) RUU 1.29.708.9 from link below and use my OTA for update to 2.17.708.7

replace above (1111 = http) and (222 = www)
let me know if you want me to upload the OTA 2.17.708.7 update.

I'm uploading RUU 1.29.708.15 (you can extract stock recovery from this)
I'm uploading OTA 2.17.708.7 (to apply after RUU 1.29.708.15)
this approach worked for me and should work you.
I will post again later when uploads have finished. (probably in couple hours)

I think 2.17.708.7 ruu for HTC__622 hasn't been leaked yet, and you cannot downgrade using 1.29 ruu.

Hi, why do you want that particular version? 3.06.405.1 was a leaked test ROM, the most recent official update is 3.12.405.1.
If you want the stock, un-rooted version of 3.12.405.1, go to the Development section, look at the "Roll Up Thread" sticky, and find the link to "Shipped ROMs".

I need the official sense 3.0 with GB2.3.5 with arabic support (3.12 doesn't support arabic)
because I can't risk my business I only trust official roms

Some of the ROMs based on 3.06.405.1 were very stable, although it was a test ROM. I don't know if that's because it was mostly bug-free or just that the ROM devs are so good.

the official arabic rom is 3.13.415
1. flash any official rom (sense 3.0 with GB2.3.5) that you can use.
2. install the "morelocal2" app from the market, and then choose the arabic .

@nustafa76:::there's a user (bigsoul) at ce4arab trying to port the official arabic rom and it needs 2 days or three from today I guess,but It will be (zip) not RUU

dude , why you want indian rom?!
I had Arabic rom, buy i updated to EUR 2.3.5, I just lost my Arabic language compatibility, but no any other problem like network coverage or something like that!
If the language is not important go ahead for Asian or EUR rom.
Yeah in theory shouldn't the Euro ROM work?
If you're on Vodafone there's an RUU on htcdev.com (official)
Pheu... Finally sorted out..
Actually i had flashed the EUR rom in the first place everything got updated n it worked fine too but the bootloader was not getting updated! tried other methods to update the bootloader which failed too! So that got me worried that i cannot update my bootloader!
Flashed the same Asia rom.
Downloaded the RUU from htvdev for bootloader 1.08.0099 India!
Then when i ran the ruu got an error n it didnt let me install it..
Then got two files rom_1.zip and rom_2.zip from the temp files..
rom_2.zip contained the hboot update files so tried flashing that by renaming it to PG76IMG.zip and making a goldcard but it skipped the bootloader update again!!
then i first flashed the rom_1.zip first (which updated my radio) then the rom_2.zip (updated bootloader and then changed the radio again) n my bootloader got updated successfully!!!! B-)
Hope this helps others whoz bootloaders are not getting updated!!

The 8th one down is an Asia rom. They're on filefactory, I don't think you're going to get any not on a file download link, that's where they mostly all are.

Check the HTC dev site. You'll need to register, but it has the full list of RUUs.

As far as I'm aware it's still not yet available as an RUU.....
There is still quite a few later versions of ruu installs not available unfortunately. They will bring it out at some point but it cannot be predicted when really.
