You can just flash only modem (It has to be rooted) .
Many people says it's better ( I didn't see much different on my location).
The latest is I747UCLG1 . The previous one is I747UCALEM. Assuming you got AT&T Galaxy S3 :good:

[Q] About choosing the build for note 2 in the toolkits

Sorry for this noob question. I am lost at choosing the build for my note2 N7100
My Baseband version is :
N7100XXDLK7
but My build number is:
JZO54K.N7100ZSDME1
So I should choose:
[Build DLK7-DLL7]
or
[Build DMA3-DMC1]?
I am struggling, coz Baseband version isn't Build number right?
Or my device isn't listed in the Toolkits?
Coz there is no other choice for 4.1.2 build.
Are you using a stock rom rooted or is it a custom rom ?

I used it on mine just fine.
I'm running cm10.2 stable right now with T999LUVAMB7 baseband (android 4.1.2), however I want to flash cm11, do I need to flash android 4.3 baseband. And if I did flash the baseband, would this cause a problem to my imei number as I've seen many reports regarding imei being erased when flashing. Please share your knowledge, thanks.

UCAMH3 was an Over the Air update; a requirement to OTA to 4.3
Not ODIN but here's some CWM flashable

But simply the answer to your question is yes, you can ODIN the ucama4 firmware.
You could follow Sections 1 and 2 here and get back to ucamh3
