im about to be in the same boat. just got my SGP case and it's not what i expected. not enough grip for me. probably going to get a TPU case.

Wow 4 cases. I only have one, the case-mate Barely There case.

the best would prob be the t-mobile one but is slightly thicker than the tpu...Next up would be the Amzer tpu case but with all the tpu case you need to add something in the power button slot or it's hard to press. The Chinese tpu cases are just as good maybe not as firm as the amzer but worth the 2 bux..The silcone is ok but feels funny in my hand and atracts dirt and such.

Thin ebay case that protects front of the screen?

Hi, are there any suggestions on cases I should get from eBay that are thin and protects the front? I might get a bumper or just whatever... Any suggestions?

No thin case will totally protect the phone from drops. Just my .02
Total protection = bulky cases.
What you need to look for is something that the inside edges are noticeably raised on the front.
I like my Trident Kraken because ita 3 cases in 1. I don't have to make it aa bulky when I dont need it.

This will only help if you drop your phone on a perfectly flat surface as the front lip is not that high. If there is a small rock or the area is uneven at all it most likely won't help. Take if from someone that cracked is screen with a TPU case on it.
Get better protection if your prone to drops. This screen shatters EXTREMELY easy.

i just ditched my otter box commuter for a body glove tactic case. offers about the same protection but feels less bulkier. the buttons aren't a p.I.t.a. to press either

Tempered glass protector that works with Seidio case

I have the Seidio kickstand case for my Moto X, and would like to know if any of the tempered glass protectors are cut so that I could still use my hardshell case with the protector on.

From the picture, it appears that it is cut out around the speaker and proximity sensor, but that it covers the camera. Can you confirm? If so, can you tell any difference with the front-facing camera being covered?

Nillkin vs. OnePlus offering

I ordered my Nillkin case from Amazon. Took about about a week and a half to come in from China.
Compared to the cheap 10.99 offering plus 8 shipping from OnePlus the comparison is not even that.
The OnePlus case is a slippery piece of thin plastic. Thats it. Provides no edge protection for putting the phone down on its face.
From Nillkin I got a gorgeous textured, rugged feeling hard plastic which is very friendly to those of us with clammy hands. And also provided a nice easily installed screen protector. For 12.90 shipped. And has a very nice edge for putting the phone down on its face.

I have the nillikin and I don't like it much. Feels slippery and its weird because it has a textured back. Wanna sell me the green case?

Sure. Had it on for about a day.

Beware that the official oneplus case is known to Crack after using the case and not dropping it. Saw a thread on xda where users experienced that.

Yea it's not the best quality.

OPO case is horrible quality compared to the Nillkin, no contest

[Q] Ringke Fusion Crystal vs Ringke Delight (same price)

Hey guys, soon I'll get my N5 and I'd like to buy the case as well at the same time. There's a website that sells this case called 'Ringke Delight' which is a walletcase, it looks pretty good but I'm not really sure if it's worth the money. It's about ~13.60 bucks and includes bonus item ringke invisible defender screen protection. Ringke Fusion Crystal bumper case includes screen protection as well and it costs the same.
Do you guys think any of these two cases are worth the money? If so, which one?

Any particular reason the transparent back is no good? (scratches too easily?)

Yeah, scratches easily and it doesnt look good without a picture.

If you're gonna go with the fusion, don't go with the crystal and instead go for a darker colour; it'll be all yellow and brown and stained before you know it

I think the fusion crystal looks great on the red N5 or a phone with a skin on it.
