For GPS reflash latest radio and it will work, for Fm radio it isn't officially supported by cm9 so you need to use Spirit FM (link:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1059296 ) and allow it to have superuser rights, then go to settings - audio - method and select msm7x30.

RADIO 2.12.04.119.17
flash-able zip for recovery
you know what to do
I´ve never (and when i´m saying never i relly mean never) used my Radio on the smartphone, but i test it for you ! Your effort makes me smile... (Radio, Camera...)
Keep up the good work ! Who have ever thought this will become that important on a phone !
Im guessing this is european based?
will give it a go, maybe it's better for US than the China based radios lol
Keep in mind that htc did some changes to radio interface f.g. in ramdisk. So basically I would be very careful with flashing only QUO_6260.fls.clean. Also radio upgrade process is probably related to recovery OTA mode.

On Tegra devices the radio can be flashed or, more accurately, installed without s-off since it lives on the system partition.
--Matt
Flashing, hope it's an improvement ^.^
I haven't Tried this för long But already it seems to decrease the constant flipping between 3g and hdspa while I'm on my way to work. So it's definetly an improvement as i have had no connection issues för the First time since getting the phone!
I would recommend anyone to try it!

Hang on so all this time we were able to install updates on radio ? and our current flashes that include radio have infact been taking ?. why is it on the system partition, where is it normally on the kernel ??.
I think there are two parts in radio
Radio Firmware - somewhere in flash, protected by security
Radio Interface Layer (RIL) - this is what this thread is about...

Or use a 3rd party app.
AFAIK, there is only Spirit.
But I'm not sure if anyone has it running on the OneV.

I just bought an Ebay Koodo OneV I expect to receive next week.
So I should be able to better support just about any ROM on the OneV soon.

Many People are facing the problem with a camera And to fix it they try to copy and paste file using root explorer which is a long procedure. So i have decided to Create OTA. You just have to flash it. And That's it and your camera is fixed.
Camera is fully working with or without flash.

Hello there! As of 8-27-2012 I have been chosen to update this thread as Drakknar no longer
owns this device. Without further ado, here are the latest radios for Desire HD. I will
try my best and keep you up-to-date with everything that's going on with the scene.
HOW TO FLASH - Bootloader Method - Considered the Easiest
- Download the radio file
- Rename it to PD98IMG.zip (this is important!)
- Move the file to your SD-card root (not in any folder)
- Download MD5 Checksum Checker: http://download.cnet.com/MD5-Checker...-10410639.html
- Make sure that the MD5 provided with the download link matches with your downloaded file!
^ If not performed, you might risk bricking your device!
- If they match, you are ready to go! Power off your device.
- Hold the volume-down and powerbutton simultaneously
^ This will boot you into Fastboot/Bootloader
- You should see a screen with options
- Navigate to Bootloader (if not already in it) and press the powerbutton
- Wait for the flashing process to begin (it does automatically!).
- Reboot your phone and you are done!

but can be fixed with this application. Used so far: approximately 4 weeks.
