[HELP] Problem with games on the Xperia PLAY

Hi,
I'm having a really annoying problem on the Xperia PLAY and i dont know if im the only one - i have a 16gb sd card installed and ive tried to download asphalt 6 from the xperia play market, so i downloaded it and start playing until i exit (at say 15% on career), so i start to do normal activities on the phone when i then re-enter the game it shows 0%?! ... I've tried reseting the phone like 2-3 times formatting the sd card 2 times and still no luck... ive no idea why this is happening
Any help at all will be much appreciated
Thanks
Hello? can anyone help?
Maybe the makers of the game can help? I have no such issue
how many times has it happened? is the sd card real? like now cheap china knockoff?
Well - it has happened like 3-4 times with this 16GB card: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/180751171609?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
I dont know much about SD card makers and stuff but it seems real?
Though I've just ordered this, which seems genuine and real enough: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/180751950196?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

Well the gamesaves are stored in /sdcard/Games/com.gameloft.android.GAND.GlofAsp6.asphalt (might be in the gameloft folder of the SD card otherwise) anyway, right at the bottom are 3 files profile1.bak, profile1.sav and profileInit.sav
I'd delete all of them and restart the game, it should say career 0% again and everything should be fine, start the game, do a level make sure career has gone up a bit, restart the game, check to see if it's normal. if not it's your SD card
ebay is notorious for fake china cards lol but if it works then it works. if it does happen again with the new card just try erasing all the game data and redownload it since it might (big might) have been corrupted. does this happen with any other games?

[Q] lagging due to sd space

Hi guys
has anyone noticed or tryed this, fill your sd card up so you have less than 700 mb left, then watch the hox run like a pig.
I thought it was down to the memory leak problem but i have the latest 1.29.11 update which is suppose to fix that issue.
Ive found that if i keep over 1gb free on my card the machine is smooth as butter but any less than 700mb it heats up, and runs very laggy.
i orginally thought it was a index problem after putting files on the machine, but it runs all night and still the same in the morning, and i can repeat this failure every time.
has anyone else noticed this?
cheers

(Q) Camera pictures not saving to gallery on any JB Rom

I have searched everywhere for this and still can't find a solution.. Ever since I flashed the leaked 4.1 OTA from I/O none of my pictures I take with the camera are saving to the gallery. All my previous pictures are there from my ICS ROMs... The picture even slides to the right to indicate it is there, and when I swipe right, it is back to my old pictures.. And it can't be the dating because I have sifted through every single picture on the memory card and none of my pictures I have taken since I flashed JB are there.. So then once the source for 4.1.1 dropped I flashed the stock official ROM compiled from one of the devs (bigxie_maguro_JR003C-signed.zip) and everything works fine except the camera/gallery issue still persists. This is getting annoying.. I have searched and searched with no solution, wiped data of my gallery and media apps, and even did an entire factory reset. If anyone can help me with this it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Edit: Just checked and my camcorder isn't working either. As soon as I hit record it just closed out, no FC or anything, it just ends. I would reckon that this is the same as with other JB roms as well as the camera issues are the same among JB roms.
Same Boat
I am having the exact same problem, OP did you find a solution?
Thanks.

Nope, I even went back to stock ICS, and the problem is there in that ROM as well. I tried numerous fixes posted here and nothing works. My gallery also won't let me delete images because they are still there when I reset the phone. Now, when I plug my phone into my computer, it doesn't show anything on the internal memory. . Weird. The camera works fine, its just that nothing is saving, even though it swipes to the right indicating that it saved. I think JB seriously screwed up my internal memory... Anybody have any other advice???
I have noticed that new photos do not show up in the gallery too (until the next automatic media scan perhaps.)
I get around this by using quickpic
I had the same problem after I installed JB 4.1.1 on my phone and this post below got it working again.

720p Video Recording Audio/Video out of sync

Dear Gliders, since a few months I've been struggeling with a (atleast for me) great issue concerning the Captivate Glide video camera.
While recording (or sometimes even right when beginning to capture) I notice some lag in the video and it stays the same for half a second or so.
After that the whole video is very heavily out of sync and not bearable to watch anymore >:
I've read several threads here in XDA aswell as in other forums about this issue on other phones, but have found no fix yet.
It recrods on Internal storage so MicroSD slow speed class should not be cause of the problem.
Also I'm using overclocked, rooted stock firmware. (though this also happened without the overclock)
Greetings, Alex22!
I dont have that problem at all. Have you tried a ROM?
sent from my captivate glide
I have the same problem, however I will say mine usually only does it when recording longer videos. My first Glide did it (stock), now my warranty replacement (replaced for other reason) does it too. I've tried both saving to sd card and internal storage, still getting the same problem. I am now using v2 of the Collective Rom and still the same problem. Anyone else experience this?

Well atleast i'm not the only one experiencing the problem.
It annoys me really badly, but I really can't think of a way to fix this.

Google Music stops playing randomly.

Hi all,
I've read threads about this for different phones, but didn't see any for this one (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).
But, my phone- stock T-Mobile S3- will randomly cut out and stop playing my music when I'm using Google Music.
I tried one of the solutions in a thread, where they advised to turn the volume down... that didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling... updating Google Music, etc. That didn't work either. The problem still occurs. I downloaded an album from Google Music onto my internal storage and it still skips even on that, so to me that tells me it's not a streaming or Internet issue.
Does anyone know of a way to fix this? I'd prefer to not have to root, but I'm open to the idea somewhere down the line.
Regards,
-Proxin
It still crashes frequently. Not much you can do about it. Need to wait for Google to fix it.

Thanks for the response- I'm relieved to hear at least I'm not the only one with the issue. Hopefully they'll have an update soon.
