[Q] Mini Apps?

Just wondering if mini apps are capable on the note 2 like the note tablets. I realized the multiwindow kind of makes of for this and i realize the screen is a little small to clutter with windows but it was still a nice feature.i haven't been able to get my note 2 yet, can't wait haha, but until then i was just hoping someone might pick up on this and develop a rom with mini app capability (if it isn't already a feature haha) Thoughts?

s-pen and roms

Hey guys, I apologize if this is a dumb question. Is there a rom out there that will allow the s-pen (like the ones that come with the galaxy note 2) to be used with the galaxy nexus?
Second question: I'm very seriously considered rooting my galaxy nexus, I've had it since the day it was released. I've rooted many phones before (G1, galaxy s 1, htc G2, ect....) and I just have'nt had the need to root this phone. My question is are there any roms out there that are doing some really earth shattering things, such as multi window view, as seen with the note 2. Anything like that? Thanks guys.
Considering this device doesnt have the digitizer that the note has, you will never have full support for the SPen

I rooted my nexus like 2 weeks after I got it off ebay. I would suggest looking into this for rooting it.

There is TWO earth shattering feature.
1. UI changing
a. Tablet UI for the GNex
b. Phablet UI
c. Phone UI
2. HALO feature
- The windows feature.
Available on the AOSP Based AOSPA(Paranoid Android)

[Q] Samsung Tab 2, Note, or Note 2014 all 10.1??

I am in the process of looking for a new tablet. I have an original Tab 10.1 but want something newer. And I want one with easy to use extra storage like with an SD card reader. I will use it to watch movies, play games, maybe Skype, etc; things I can't do on my work laptop when I travel. And one easy to get out and use on an airplane. I also like the possibility of putting movies I have in my collection onto an SD card and not having to convert them like I do now with my Tab 1. I didn't even know about the difference between the Note and the Tab 2 until I started my research. And now that I see the resolution of the Note 2014, I am very interested by it. I just want some people with more experience and knowledge than me to give their opinions and comments.
Thanks!!
Hi!
I will advice the new Note 10.1 2014 is the best tablet for your use.
Big screen, 64gb for the SD, the S-Pen and is better then Tab 2/3.
Trust me, i advice this
Also the resolution on it is going to be a beauty!! The S-Pen features always get better and better. They also made the tablet look clean (in my opinion)

Assuming that the competition is launching similar tablets hardware-wise, i guess the new galaxy note 10.1 will remain more expensive than the rest because of the s-pen. I would only buy the the new note 10 at launch if the s-pen was really important to me or if the money was not a problem.
I really like the s-pen so I am buying the very first day by the way
So say we all!! from my GT-I9500

[Q] What should I do with my new samsung tablet?

Hi there guys, I am totally new with android device, especially the samsung note 2014.
What should I do with it, what are the essential things to be done? (with my ipad, I jailbroke it immediately)
and ppl have been saying that the note 10.1 is the best device for taking note, but with the preinstalled Snote, I find it really hard and ugly to take note compare to notatbility on the ipad. So what is the app for this? that make the note 10.1 superior to the ipad?
etc.
Could someone please give me some pointers to start with?
Thanks a lot.

[Q] Suggestions for 1st time Note owners

Ordered a Note 4 and I'm extremely excited. While I wait for the release date, are there any suggestions out there for new Note owners?
For example., what are the best apps that really make use of the s-pen (like drawing apps, the best note taking apps, games geared towards s-pen, etc), tips and tricks, cool things to do with the Note, best accessories or ones to avoid, really just anything that would be helpful for first time Note owners.
The best thing I can do is to point you to this website. He has a YouTube channel and was doing a tip a day everyday staying with the note 2 I believe.
He reviews great apps for the note series, tips and tricks, etc. Even has a few note 4 videos. Don't know if updated daily still but this will give you a ton of info for sure.

The S-pen is a personal thing. I've had a Note 2 and Note 3 for almost 2 years now. I can count the number of times I've pulled the pen out on one hand. Same thing for my wife and daughter.

His youtube is easier to navigate than his website. I recommend that. His website is not designed very well, sadly.
