I'm on Josh's JellyBean Jelly Bomb 4.1 (based off LIH) and it's amazing! All of the JB leaks are going to have some bugs! LIH, I believe, has a few more fixes than LIF. Josh's earlier JB versions (v1.0 and 2.0, I think) use a compilation of LIF, LIG, and LIH. It's a matter of preference for some! If you're unsure, try them all out! (But be sure to Nandroid first!)

I would recommend starting with the LIH version of the jb leaked ROM. You can get a nice taste of JB with a familiar interface. If you don't like it, flash back to LI3 and wait for the OTA. If you do like it (and you will), then you can experience a new interface with Jellybomb or some other ROMs based on LIH or you may prefer the standard TW interface and stick with LIH for a while. Either way enjoy your phone. I am having a ball with it. Here is the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1910947

I'm trying to decide which JB ROM to install onto my E4GT... The candidates are:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1812078 (AOSP Jelly Bean)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1810315&highlight=alpha5 (CM10)
They're both in the alpha development phase, but I want to know which is "smoother" (i.e. which has fewer bugs, and can be better used as a daily driver).
Any help would be appreciated.
I personally like the AOSP jelly bean better
And don't let the Alpha tag fool you.. It surely doesn't run as an alpha
I would recommend to make sure you do a CLEAN wipe and get a gps lock before you flash it though.. Helps makes things a lot smoother

You go into your Google maps (that's if you use it) turn on your gps and let it get a lock on your location
Say if you where getting directions from where you are (home-my location ).. That's a gps lock

I'm on cm10, have been for three weeks. Its definitely been the best experience with my phone. So much fun. Still, nothing touches how well your phone works with GB. Go for cm10 )
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda app-developers app
My vote goes for CM10. The battery life is the only down side so far. They will work on tweaking settings later (for battery life, etc). Right now they are working on fixing bugs. I am currently running 5.2 and it is smooth and stable.
Good luck!

I'm still on GB, but post 151 in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1558337 says it works on JB CM10. Let me know if it works for you, as that is one of the things that is holding me back from switching to JB.

I'd say the Frosty rom is the best. Everything works. seems like factory. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1874063
Frosty and paranoid android were both solid for me.
My vote is for ParanoidAndroid. I used it on my Nexus S and it was pretty good. Ability to adjust dpi setting is very useful as this phone can let apps produce very crisp/clear resolution settings.
Frosty for TW and a cm10 for overall stability

CM10 hands down.
I haven't had a single problem. Running 09/25 nightly right now
Been running Casper's aokp for a week now. Had two lockups on different builds but other than that no other issues, no flickering either. Running it with ktonz kernel @ 1809. Battery life is comparable to Free & Wicked's ICS roms. It's based off all the latest cm10 builds but with soo many more customization options such changing the background of your notification tray. I've heard good things about codenameandroid too.

all roms will have SOME bugs on them, even stock ones. I suggest trying a few 4.04 touchwiz based ones such as KOODO or JK, and moving from there to a AOSP based 4.1 or 4.2 rom or a 4.12 leak.

CM10.0 Stable - I find it smoother and faster compared to Touchwiz roms.
I say go to jedi mind trick or jedi jelly. Both are extremely smooth and stable.
Cyanogenmod 10 was my first ROM and I think it's pretty easy to install and use. Recently I started using PACman and it's pretty easy to use too. Just make sure you know what you're doing before you start romming!

Embryo 6-8, just awesome my favorite to date, another one I liked was JMT but that was ICS 4.0.3, it ran great but I felt that I downgraded since my stock ROM was 4.0.4. Others I tried were AOKP 4.2.2 M1 B5, just too AOSP looking for my taste, had random crashes, Jedi Jelly this one just stuck on booting.
So:
#1 Embryo 6-8, overclocked to 1.78 using samsung governer
#2 Stock 4.0.4 Koodo
#3 JMT
