So you want an asop theme. That's all that cynagon is
Sent from my SPH-D700 using XDA App
Well yeah but the theme noobnl put on cyanogen is better than the, asop magic rom.

Its not that easy. Since cynagon is asop the framework is different. In order to get the cynagon theme you would have pull all the images and put them in the samsung framework. There is also no real point off making a froyo theme untill there's an official release. Go check out the froyo theme thread cause I don't feel like repeating my self.
Fyi: I ran the cynagon alpha release and is 100% aosp theme there is nothing different done to the theme of cynagon mod. Also with cynagon you can change the colors of everything with out a theme

[REQ] Hello Kitty theme for girlfriends phone

My girls got an epic, she's never been a fan of rooting/etc..I showed her a pink theme for ec05 n she kinda liked it.wondering if there's a way some1 one can make a hello kitty theme lol. For ei22 please.or if its been made can some1 point me the right way? Thanks!
Sent from my SPH-D700 using XDA App
It can be done, however there's a huge to-do list for everyone now that ei22 is out, so it may be a while before you can have someone work on it, I'd check out the sticky on how to make one, or look into GO launcher themes.
Right on .thanks for the reply.ill try figuring out how to make a theme. Thanks

I just learned the very basics of it, best bet is to take a rom that you like, take its framework and twframework and systemUI apks, and just put your images over them, then use someone elses theme zip to flash your, the META DF or whatever folder tells clockwork how to install it, so thats the part that you will use, any other files in the folders you can change
Unless you plan on changing the icons to say hello kitty characters one big thing you could do is place a HK image on the pulldown and pink everywhere

TW Themes?

Is it possible to change the theme of one ROM to the theme of another?
For instance, if I wanted to run Blazer but liked the theme of TBAGSIII. Is there something I could push or flash to make that happen?

unless the theme maker has a universal theme for the same kernel on all compatible rom yes if not no just use a launcher most of them now have tons of themes might find what you looking for there
I was basically referring to status bar, pull down, and settings, which a launcher won't theme..
Thank you though.

AOSP lock screen for LJ7

Is it possible to do that? What are the requirements or apks needed to have that???
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
I believe it's framework-res.apk (Not 100% sure on this one) and services.jar. Might need android-policy.jar, too. They're Smali edits I think. I haven't ever done it before, but those are the files you should need, unless Jellybean has added something new.
Can't believe they didn't include a lockscreen option, i loved it lol

I believe this is what you're looking for
http://goo.gl/OsC2g
Actually, I believe it's a Smali in android policy that needs to be changed from 2 to 1 (2 being the determined variable for touchwiz lock screen and 1 being the stock aosp one.). Samsung doesn't remove any aosp code when they overlay it with Touchwiz, they just add Touchwiz stuff into it.
I nay be able to look at it later but it'd be much more effective for a dev to do this. Lol

You can also decompile systemui on your own and do whatever mods you wish it's what I do. It's fun as well!

Are you able to deccompile a tw ROM and change the notification bar to an aosp style? Like for instance... Having an image as the notification background? I know it would be way too much work to have the tiles and the abilty to swap from tiles to notifications... But if I could customize the notification bar like that, I may go back to wicked. I'm not asking for a tutorial... Just if it can be done.
BTW your sig made me LMAO

Hang on for a little while there is a fully aosp look theme for tw coming out ill link you to the thread ! But you need to be deodexed for that or flash a custom rom
