Is it possible to do that? What are the requirements or apks needed to have that???
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
I believe it's framework-res.apk (Not 100% sure on this one) and services.jar. Might need android-policy.jar, too. They're Smali edits I think. I haven't ever done it before, but those are the files you should need, unless Jellybean has added something new.
Can't believe they didn't include a lockscreen option, i loved it lol

I believe this is what you're looking for
http://goo.gl/OsC2g
Actually, I believe it's a Smali in android policy that needs to be changed from 2 to 1 (2 being the determined variable for touchwiz lock screen and 1 being the stock aosp one.). Samsung doesn't remove any aosp code when they overlay it with Touchwiz, they just add Touchwiz stuff into it.
I nay be able to look at it later but it'd be much more effective for a dev to do this. Lol

also could we flash it?!?

It's got cool animations. A ics style app drawer.. folders... I think it looks better than tw4 since our screen is pretty damn big.

considering the fact that the gs3 is being launced with ICS, yes, you need ICS.
Hi. But this TW launcher can't be used in ICS with AOSP. It's true???

I downloaded the 4*5 one. I didn't flash, I put the lib file in system/lib and copied the system/app files, fixed permissions and reboot. I needed to make a bit of room in 'system' and I wouldn't bother trying calendar as op says it forcecloses. Launcher runs silky smooth though - my new favorite.

well i was talking to some devs and pretty much all agreed that the lockscreen is not an easy port. its more then just an app they can port or small codes. its part of the framework and it seems its hard to just pin point exactly what parts go to the lockscreen. i hope it was possible though:/

I have been getting pretty bored of the aosp lockscreen and thought why not modify the original circle lock. If anyone is interested in this please let me know. I'm not sure if this should be a thread just yet so don't flame me.. I want everyone to be part of the creation of this mod!
Atm I made a small edit to the smali... >.>
I changed the small circle to expand and the big to stay large .
What can make this lock screen better?
Mods I plan on doing soon
Remove help text.
Change the clock somehow.
Modify the animations.
Download.
I won't be linking any downloads right now... as it's pretty much the stock lock besides the animation backwards.
Definitely over the aosp lock myself. The stock TW one is my favorite so I think a modified version would be epic. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Scrollable wallpapers are no longer enabled in stock ICS.
This had something to do with the Apple/Samsung lawsuit. The only 2 apps I know it works with are Apex and Go Launcher. Not swearing to it though. I think you have to enable it in Apex.

The other cops at the pd were making fun of my really big phone the other day until I started showing them snote and multi Window capability to watch movies and take notes and then play music and all that. This mod would make them regret their iphone purchase.
Only thing they have that I wish we had is the whole group messaging, which I hear is coming in Android 4.2 ...
