Are there any sports bluetooth headphones working with S Voice? Im thinking of buying one of the following:
Plantronics Backbeat 903+
Jabra Sport
Plantronics Backbeat GO
Jaybird Freedom
Do you have any experience with them? Basically im looking for wireless headphones for biking with possibility to make calls with working time 4+ hours.
ISILDUR
I have the Jaybird freedom, and it works well with S Voice. I also use it for biking. You can go wrong with these headphones!
I just bought the 903+ and if you're still thinking about them, STOP! THEY ARE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Yes the work with voice commands but they sound terrible! Trust me on thing i'm a sound engineer... They suck [email protected]

I am going to be buying a bluetooth headset soon for my HTC Universal pocket pc and I need help in deciding. Personally I would like to go for the best in BT headsets.
Personally I believe that the Plantronics Voyager 510SL is the best I can get and there is to be offered. I already have a Motorola HS850. Haven't used this one yet. Would anyone know if Motorola HS850 is compatible with the HTC universal? How about the Plantronics Voyager 510S BT headsets?
Anyways I would really like to know whats the best there is to offer and anything beyond plantronics.
Samsung WEP200 , Brillant BT headset and works well with UNI
agreed. Just bought one 3 days ago and it works perfectly with the universal.
Plantronics Voyager 510S
Alright looks like i am getting the best of bluetooth headsets in the market. The $400 Plantronics Voyager 510S. Just bought it off Plantronics and is arriving today. Will post pictures and performance data after testing.
Looks like it might be better than the Samsung WEP200
personally I hate these droid-headsets . personally I prefer the nokia hs-12W
Plantronics Voyager 510SL
My Plantronics Voyager 510SL has just arrived and is charging right now.
My motorola HS850 is garbage compared to the Plantronics Voyager 510SL.
I would say the Plantronics is the best bluetooth headset from all this research. .
Everything about this device is excellent. It has auto-answering, not only compatible with the Universal but other cable phones too.
You can hook it up into a phone jack and you are ready to go in home or office. Its wireless signals coverup the whole house, downstairs or upstairs and there is no disturbance what so ever. There are three earpieces included to fit all ears.
Even the HS10 phone handset can be placed right on which is robotic and lifts the reciever with the touch of the button!! Hands-free reciever??? WOW!
I use iTech BT headset. Has worked perfectly with all of my handsets till now. It wont hurt your wallet either

Plantronics Voyager 510SL Plus and HS10
Its amazing. I have never seen anything like this before. I guess this adds up to my knowledge database. This is some new technology never heard of. Indeed now it seems that Plantronics keeps their reputation and no wonder why Neil Armstrong used the plantronics headsets on the moon. These Plantronics guys are totally at the NASA scale and cannot be compared with a mere company like HTC. Infact we at xda-developers are far greater than HTC. The hardware upgrades i am talking about wont come for another 5 years. Especially Windows Photon.
Check this out for Plantronics Voyager 510SL Plus.
I hooked it up to my corded phone and there is a microphone that goes to the phone speaker. As soon as the phone rings the reciever is automatically picked up by this robotic device when it hears the phone ring. The call is forwarded to the headset which has wireless coverage throughout my office. I then answer the call and when i am done the robotic device sets down the reciever.
Amazing isn't it? This robotic device is called the HS10 accessory kit that comes with the bluetooth headset.
Motorola HS850 is no match to Plantronics. Motorola = Garbage in - Garbage out
Is this Plantronics Voyager 510SL also compatible with the HTC Wizard (imate K-Jam) ?

Any device that supports bluetooth. I think HTC Wizard has bluetooth so yes it will work with it. The Plantronics Voyager 510SL costs about $500-$600 USD along with the HS10 accessory kit.
What is the best bluetooth stereo headset?
That's sort of a tough question to answer... I doubt many of us have experience with a large enough variety of headsets to say what's "best." You're going to get a lot of personal opinion.
I have a Motorola H700 and have been very happy with it. With my phone on the charger in my office, I can be anywhere in my house and hear clear as day. The volume goes plenty loud, it charges quickly, and is quite small and comfortable. My callers usually can't tell I'm on a headset. The flip-out-to-answer feature is really nice as well.
DR-BT20NX by sony.
Are definitely not the best
The H700 is very popular. Unfortunately, it isn't stereo.
I'll be sure to stay away from the Sony DR-BT20NX.
Check out the Jabra BT8010. It is a bit big though.
go 4 snookey s9 motorola i think i used correct name
these r those neck band ones go 4 it

I have a Sony-Ericcson HBH-DS970 and really like it - very small in-ear buds with great sound, and remote control unit for music.
Still use my Jawbone mono for when I'm just making calls - but if I'm out for a walk and want to listen to music and be able to take calls, the HBH-DS970 works great.
TEAC HP-4BT
i have
i like
What in your opinion, is the best bluetooth headphone set?
Not the kind that you use for when you're driving, but the kind where you can actually listen to music with.
Sennheiser, Monster Beats Wireless. It depends on how much money u have
I think Sony Ericsson MW-600 is great sounding.
moto
I've been using these for a while and they are great!

well not sure where your from but in the uk we have this kill 2 birds one stone im getting it coz i can give my dad the hands free kit
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/moor-stereo-headset-with-free-visor-blade-car-kit-p35471.htm
well if your looking for something relatively cheap, try the Creative WP-350 - they have a great build, excellent sound and intergrated controls and mic in the ear cups. Real good value for money IMO
If you can splash out a bit more try some Sennheiser PX210BT (No Mic) or the Noise Cancelling Version with Mic - PXC 310 BT. Both are excellent headphones.
But one thing to note - bluetooth audio is always a bit hit and miss, when I listen to the BBC radio app or in Tune app through bluetooth, there are times when it cuts out for no reason, quite annoying when listening to talk shows.
Well I have given up on wireless headsets and am looking for a quality wired headset for my HTC One.
I make quite a few calls and occasionally listen to music.
I am tossing up between a more mp3 audio headset such as the Klipsch Image S4 and the more call orientated Plantronics MX500.
Can anyone recommend a good quality headset with inbuilt microphone?

Out of those two, Id definitely go Klipsch. Ive always liked their products. I do use a Plantronics bluetooth for calls, but ive not used any of their products that Id rave about for music quality (Ive not used the MX500 though).

My gut says similar. The wireless headsets I have used are Plantronics Legend so have some exposure.
I listen to music probably 5-10% of the time though so the ability to play music is secondary.
My impression is that the wired call centre headsets have not been updated in a long time and are outdated.

Oh, i didnt even notice that you had said calls were the primary use. lol The Bluetooth i use is the Voyager Legend as well. I really like it a lot for calls, but it's definitely not for audiophiles

My experiences with the legend were less than pleasant.
I was getting the problem of chronic interference when talking on a cell phone but reasonably clear talking on skype. I could never get to the bottom of it. I am using the headset that came with the phone but looking for something that is a step up in quality.
Anyone got an additional take on this or should I consider giving bluetooth another try?

Look at JLabs
http://www.jlabaudio.com
Usually they have sales and anything with an "m" after the name (example: J4m, J.Fi.m) are "mobile phone" headsets that have the mic and button integrated into the right cable. Right now I am using a J4m (that I got for 5 bucks in a grab bag), it is incredibly rugged.
Have been using Jlabs earbuds for years and they are some of the best sound (until you get into the 100-200 dollar range) I have heard out of an earbud. Also just bought the crasher bluetooth speakers.
Cant go wrong with Bowers & Wilkins, c5 model inline mic works with the one

So I made the mistake of getting another Voyager Legend.
Tried all of the following and had no success.
Ordering a JLabAudio tomorrow
1.) Wifi on and off
2.) Disabling wireless from the router itself
3.) Scanning wifi connections using inSSIDer
4.) Switching handsets to my wife's Samsung
5.) Using another Plantronics Legend
6.) Re paring device several times
The Motorola H720 and H730 are bluetooth headsets with no earbuds and the speaker is flat against the side. However, they do not have a2dp for music. Is there anything else similar with a2dp?
Start searching for something with two earphones (stereo). I don't know of any mono headset with A2DP.
If you want recommendations, you should give more details about what you want from it and how much you're willing to spend.
Cheers!
no
do not understand
I haven't seen anything like this either. Those business bluetooth headsets intended for phone conversation rather then multimedia streaming, thus everything I have seen so far in that type of bt headsets doesn't support A2DP. If anybody would have it, it would be Plantronics, but they don't offer it. To have full multimedia support you need stereo bluetooth headsets like LG HBS730 or Plantronics BackBeat GO 2 or BlueJays BlueBuds X. Look into my signature link for reviews of a lot of these headphones.
