I assume you are asking: Do you think there will be "capacitive buttons only" on the US variants like they did with the original Note.
The answer is no. The pictures of the US notes show they have the same home button/two capactiive button layout that the international phone has.

The Att one x comes with an highend dualcore cortex a15 That is way better than the tegra3 on the intl version, even this one x, even this one being quadcore.

The US version has an LTE radio, which means an extra antenna. Even the Galaxy Nexus GSM is different size than the Verizon version, mostly in the antenna hump at the bottom.
It annoys me no end that phone manufacturers make different devices and call them the same thing (like all the SGS2 variants out there). I have a "real" SGS2 (i9100), and my friend has what he calls an SGS2 (the T-Mobile version) and they are nothing alike, not even the same screen size. It really confuses things for people.
Why is this not present on our gs3 even with touch wiz roms? I loved it on my gs2 and wish it was here..... Is it because of this phones pen tile matrix... Or is is an rgb thing only

its not the S3 that is beiing sold internationally, this one looks kinda odd.
maybe a US AT&T or verizon 4G branded samsung model, as samsung still uses the traditional "galaxy" design with 2 touch buttons and in the middle a physical home button, like our gio.

Do you know an app doing the same think as AirView?
AirView is a feature of the S3 allowing you to start applications just by doing some special gesture on the air.
It ll be cool to have the same feature on our N4 no?

maybe not on the S3 but that featur was on the GN2.

But on the GN2 it only works with the S-pen, on the S4 you can do it with your fingers.

Related to the screen itself, it somehow monitors movements/proximity.
can't be ported to the n4... depends on the touch sensors in the phone... here's how sony did it

It has an active stylus, so yes. In fact, most drawing and writing programs can be set to recognize only the S-pen for inking.
No the back camera doesn't have a led flash, and as far asI know there is no black model
