Want to know what others does with your cell phone in your absence? Then the solution is to simply have 'FoneDetective' running inside your phone. It captures all user actions, frame by frame along with the exact time details. Later you simply need to play recorded events and it will start sideshow of all recorded frames in timely manner.

Remote wipe and SIM lock - on many Android users a sword of Damocles hangs due to a security breach. With a free Web-test to check your android. Update: Meanwhile we received a statement from HTC.
A vulnerability allows attackers to delete all the data on a Samsung Galaxy S3 from afar. Alternatively You can lock the SIM card of the victim. How the gap: Hackers set up special websites when you visit after the USSD code (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) ask the victims of the smartphone and send the code automatically to the attackers. The code can then be misused to manipulate the smartphone remotely. Normally, you should before querying the mobile codes must explicitly give your okay - right here fail the affected devices. But while the discoverer of the hole initially thought that it was a gap in Samsung's proprietary software Touchwiz, it looks on the current state is quite different. Because, as it now known, apparently, HTC phones are affected. HTC uses instead the Touchwiz own Sense interface.
The New Zealander Dylan Reeve, who describes himself as a geek, has developed a test to determine if your Android phone is also affected. Check out the test in the browser on your smartphone: dylanreeve.com / phone.php. If your smartphone will automatically display the keypad to dial a phone number and also the IMEI number on a pop-up, you are affected by the vulnerability, according to test. Is only "* # 06 #" is displayed (without the quotes) to your phone be sure in this regard.
Samsung has already provided the way, the day after the discovery of the gap an update that will fix the vulnerability. The Koreans strongly advised to install the update. To all concerned without an available update to install the app TelStop or auto reset blockers. The free apps introduce an additional query - the hacker gets the USSD codes not anymore automatically. But beware! If you "take any action with phone" to take place at about TelStop "Perform action with TelStop" tap, tap, you still fall into the trap! This also applies if you "call" in the next window choose! With the app you NoTelURL stop calling phone numbers from the browser completely. Put a check mark for safety and use "NoTelURL" by default, if you can live without the feature.
update
try this site with ur browser to check----http://dylanreeve.com/phone.php
and here the blocktool,i use this ands work perfect:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.voss.notelurl
GOOD LUCK TO ALL ANDROIDS OUT THERE,GRRRRRETZ!!!
Everyone should install it to prevent unforeseen consequenses xD
peoples please dont laugh, but my device haved a factory reset last thuesday,no joke.
Avast! mobile security said it protects me from those.
And it also depends which sites you visit. I mean , a Google search for "cute kittens " will probably not take you to those sites. Plus a ad blocker helps if it can be placed in a ad.

anyway no need for avast,it has heavy ram/battery using and its to big,the tool from my post has 160kb and no ram/battery consumption.but avast is a awesome antivirus on both, android+pc.on pc im using it too since 4years.
I use link2sd so even after formatting I can restore all my apps within seconds!!
Ohhh thank you for this! More people should at least look at this (it could save their Galaxy Y). It should be stickied as it can affect any of us at certain browsers!

As much as i know, the ussd code which gets executed while browsing that site is embedded in the html code of the site. It can be easily used in other sites as well! So it can affect any phone

I have a Windows Mobile device, it's camera app is very bad and I want to change it.
I want to improve the Camera software because
---Photos made with my device are always too dark...
Maybe because in my device lacks an ambient light sensor for automatic screen brightness adjustment.
---I don't understand why the Secondary Camera of my device (with 0.3 MegaPixel) is better than the Primary Camera (with 2 MegaPixel)...
1---Does it exist camera apps that can I install? (like FXCamera for Android...)
2---I saw some Xda members that have imported and shared softwares from their HTC (and Sony Ericcson) devices.
HTC's Camera Apps are fantastic and they take photos very well. (sometimes with interfaces similar to Android Cameras...)
Where can I download these camera softwares? Can anyone upload them? I am sure that they will work.
3---I found the code of a camera app that works on all WM devices(http://winmocamera.codeplex.com/) Can anyone compile it for me? (Just press the "Compile" button, because it's all already developed)
4---Do you know WM devices with panorama/landscape function?
5---Can anyone upload these files? (they are in the "Windows" folder). "CamcorderDriver.dll" , "camerabho.dll" , "QCAMERA.dll" , "OEMCameraDll.dll".
There are also "TOSHIBA.OCR.Camera" and "HTCCamera.dll" (or something like that)
other
6---I also read that a WM cooker said "Now with my rom, it's possible to use the zoom of the camera application with all resolution "
It's really possible. We can use zoom with low resolution (normally) and now even with high resolution.
Which registry values should I change to do this?
7---How can I change the folder where photos and videos are saved?
Help please

u wont be getting any customisation once u go for windows phone.
although i like windows phone os but i like my phone to be customised.
i suggest to use it(nokia lumis 620) for one or 2 days...let ur own way of usage decide what is best for u.
Lol, just opened my eyes... thanks.
Thats true that I might get bored without customization.
Thats very genuine advice.
of you wanna exchange then go for lumia 820
in windows phone you well get bore of the os preety soon ...
i m telling you of my personal experience... as i use to have Nokia lumia 610 ....
apps are very very limited ... and you will get angry of the operating system very soon ... whatsapp viber etc etc lags a lot and sometimes crashes...
no equaliser in music player... you can't download anything from internet explorer in wp... but you can download some videos and mp3 via uc browser ...
there is no way to install apps from outside sources ... so games and apps u have to buy it ....
no fm radio
no flash support
Nowadays I'm using my lumia 800 for hammering nails..gorilla glass is of such a good quality.. Fed with limited apps.. Can't edit or even rename the video files..

i agree with wp market share point, but its not android but ios who started showing symbian exit way & letter android did rest of job, but always remember if there was no symbian there may be no android or ios, cause ios learned from symbian problems letter solved them same did android but other way they learned from both symbian & ios
android made os as free as possible for everything that can be done, where ios overcome with symbian problems but they created there own by locking user as they wanted .

you know i also had this windows phone fantasy and dreams and bought lumia 610 for 11.2k it's really good for 20 days but as days past i experienced the os limitation ... and god i was so angry with it.
for example - there is office installed on every windows phone but the thing is that u cant transfer any of doc or ppt or xls document from your pc
all yu can do is to upload that file to skydrive from pc then install skydrive app in phone and access that file from that... but u cant download anything from skydrive app (except images) so for accessing document u can just view from skydrive nothing else .... i don't understand then whats the point of having such a hifi office suite
got bored of the os in just 1 month so sold it for 8k .... 3k loss but then again i was damn happy ... as finally i got freedom from its limitations

@DBZoo7 you are most welcome my friend.... anytime
You are right anin I cannot send documents files directly.. First I had to send to skydive then download to phone using skydive application.. I'm giving lumia 800 to dog instead of bones.. Even my dog doesn't want this piece of ****.. No battery backup.. Max 6 to 7 hrs.. Also cannot send images and music directly.. Only send through application..
