Can someone please tell me the color code to get transparent app drawer background and dock background?
Never mind. I got it
Wut is it? And how u change?
You need a launcher that allows you to change the drawer background color. I use ADW Launcher. Go into the launcher settings and select the option to change your drawer background. The number for transparent background is #33000000
Does anyone know how i would go about editing the background color of the app drawer for a sense 2.0 rom or a z rom for example warm z which has a transparent app drawer. Is there anyway i could make it black?
Don't know if you use ADW but just loaded "y0rk's Black ADW theme" the other day, it gives a black apps tray that has a slight transparency to it. All other folders have a jet black background as well.
Does anyone know how to hide the labels for the screen icons in the stock launcher for Xperia S/SL? I'm looking for something similar to ADW Launcher's feature.

You can't do that on the stock launcher.
I've tried almost all the launchers in Play store but found the same problem with all.
The notification bar is transparent only in the TouchWiz default Samsung launcher, for the rest is black.
I've attached two pictures with examples and one with device info.
Has someone found a way to make the bar transparent in Holo launcher for example?
Thanks
For nova launcher
Press menu>nova settings>look n feel>tick on transparent notification bar....
I don know if it is prime feature as I use nova prime...
No idea abt holo launcher.....

Hi guys,
I've been playing around with creating my own icons for use in Nova Launcher. When I want to change an app icon into my own custom icon via Nova Launcher's edit function, the icon I've created comes with a black background. In Photoshop, the icon appears to have a transparent background...so why is Nova Launcher adding this black background?

Did you save it as a png file?

Yeah, I was saving it as a PNG file, but I found a workaround. I was previously accessing my icons through Root Explorer, but when I selected them through Gallery, the black background disappeared.
