Galaxy S3 TW launcher is ported to Galaxy S for some time ago. It works on any of AOKP/AOSP/CM10/MIUI roms. If you want TW launcher
on these roms flash it.
There is also TW clock ported for Galaxys S. It works too.
In this zip file there is Myfiles.apk and extras. They all work.
None of them are mine, im just uploading them for you.

OK It seems like all ICS rom chefs hates TouchWiz launcher, every custom ICS rom I tried has Nova or Apex launcher, they look more like AOSP and people like them, I know, but I like TW!
The original touchwiz can't be backed up from official rom and then restored, I have tried and failed, I guess it's a dex/odex issue.
And the modded TW launchers like Fr4gg0r's don't work any more on ICS builds
So, is there any stand alone TW launcher works on ICS roms?
Try this TW (install via CWM):

Ah, using an AOKP rom is probably the reason why it doesn't work. You can try this one:

Hey guys. It would be nice if someone can make this. I kinda got tired of aosp roms. Would be nice if somebody can make a stock tw 4.0.4 rom with the Skyrocket icons and 4g icon. (which looks a lot better than the tw tmobile one) With Beats app included, S3 TW launcher as a optional. V6 script. And a lot of goodies like Build.prop tweaks. etc etc. Its been a while since somebody comes with a TW rom and even with a SK port rom.

Since you are running Cyanogen Mod there is no way to get the Stock Touchwiz launcher on your current rom.
You cant run samsung touchwiz apps on a non touchwiz rom. Only way is to go back to a touchwiz rom.
The closest way is to use third party launchers to mimic the look of touchwiz.

There were questions about compatibility with some phones and roms So I decided to check some roms and some devices:
I can say... It will not work on any ICS rom.
Roms in which it will work:
°Maclaw's JB AOSP( http://maclaw.pl/) (that I am currently running) You need to delete some system apps like :Gtalk, LatinIM(keyboard;before deleting AOSP keyboard go to GPlay and download Swiftkey trial) Now you need to have like 28mb free on system, you can install it. If it's not working... Unzipp the package and put all files in system in their specific directory. After unzipp there will be a folder META-INF don't do anything with it.
After that just reboot.

I have files for AccuWeather widget from S4 rom and it worked fine when I've used it with S4 Revolution rom which is based on launcher ported from Note 3 but it doesn't work with stock S3 TWlauncher. It should be used with ported TouchWIZ from S4 4.3 rom or Note 3. There is one N3 TW ported by RagzDog, but I don't like how it's overloaded with useless triggers and functions.

i've just posted lot of MODS of the S3 Weatherwidget. As happsberg said the PORTED versions require the S4/NOTE3 launcher to work,
and my experience is that it works not as stable as i like to have it.
