I downloaded a ROM with the standard CM launcher, but I want the default Galaxy s2 launcher.
Is there a way I can flash the stock launcher, and wipe the CM one?

Since you are running Cyanogen Mod there is no way to get the Stock Touchwiz launcher on your current rom.
You cant run samsung touchwiz apps on a non touchwiz rom. Only way is to go back to a touchwiz rom.
The closest way is to use third party launchers to mimic the look of touchwiz.

Thanks for the clarification and ROM suggestion, though I decided to go with the "Phantom Blaze" ROM.

If you want the touchwiz 4 launcher, it is not going to work. The treat you linked to is only for galaxy s. Try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1061883. I think this wont be a problem to install.
OK It seems like all ICS rom chefs hates TouchWiz launcher, every custom ICS rom I tried has Nova or Apex launcher, they look more like AOSP and people like them, I know, but I like TW!
The original touchwiz can't be backed up from official rom and then restored, I have tried and failed, I guess it's a dex/odex issue.
And the modded TW launchers like Fr4gg0r's don't work any more on ICS builds
So, is there any stand alone TW launcher works on ICS roms?

Thanks NunxPT, unfortunately that didn't work for me, and BTW im using HyDrOG3N-ICS Rom which is AOKP if that matters.

Ah, using an AOKP rom is probably the reason why it doesn't work. You can try this one:

Is there any way to keep my icon layout when I switch to a new ROM such as Triune II? I"m currently using the stock touchwiz launcher on stock root LG1.
I dont know of a way BUT you could use another launcher like Apex, Go Launcher, or Nova

If your referring to the Sony ICS launcher for the xperia play you cant have it. Otherwise if your looking for a third party ics launcher that looks like ICS i recommend Holo launcher.
If you mean by original, extract it from a 4.0.4 firmware image from one of the Nexus device, though you will need to find a deodexed image, such as this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1569509&highlight=imm76d+stock
AOSP roms should have it too.
Trebuchet launcher by CyanogemMod is close the the original with small changes, it included in all of their CM9 roms.
In conclusion, use the search function.

Stock ROM is slow and I can't root it for some reason.
You won't be able to flash anything if your not rooted. Although you can try Launcher pro it had sense like widgets or you can try ADW with themes after the update it looks amazing
