In order to enable flash player in dolphin browser you need to navigate to data/data/mobi.mgeek.Tunny/Browser/shared_prefs/ using root explorer and delete mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser_preferences.xml.
I'm not the one who discover it. Just wanted to share to those who wants to enable flash on dolphin browser which can be downloaded on play store.
Yes, it works, Dolphin will update.
I'm using Dolphin Browser Beta on rom:I9300XXDLIB 4.1.1. and have no folder ''mobi.mgeek.Tunny" in data/data/.
Or do i not need to delete that file in Beta to enable flash player?

Use the non beta dolphine browser that can be downloaded on the play store. You need to open the browser first and go to any site before you delete the preference stated above. You must enable the root feature in root explorer

You can get this working on Dolphin Beta at least on TF101
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1933179
instead go to /data/data/com.dolphin.browser.lab.en/shared_prefs/
and delete the file that ends with "Browser_preferences.xml"
Hope this helps!
So i followed the steps exactly as posted and seemed to work for me. I now have flash player "always on"
However when i load you tube in desktop mode and other sites, i still get the flash player needs to be installed error.
Any suggestions?
Cheers

Here is what I did:
- Install CleanRom 2.7 (pick option to install Flash within Aroma). There is a way to download the flash installer separate if don't want to install cleanrom but you will have to search the forums. I am using Cleanrom with Nova launcher and love it.
- Install latest Dolphin Browser from market
- Open Dolphin and visit any site
- Close Dolphin
- Use any file explorer (with root access) to goto data/data/mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser/shared_prefs/ and delete mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser_preferences.xml.
- I rebooted but not sure if that is needed
- Now flash will work within the latest Dolphin Browser.
Hope this helps.

confirmed working on Galaxy Note II with flash player 11_11.1.115.20 apk and Flash is how I like it " On demand " as default .
After deleting that file you may need to reinstall flash player, I had to before it'd work.
Dolphin and Flash on my un-rooted S3
I somehow got Flash working with Dolphin on my UN-rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 after the JB upgrade from Verizon. It now has Flash permanently enabled. And it has stayed that way even after a couple of Dolphin updates from the Playstore. I'm not quite sure how I accomplished this. It was dumb luck.
I think the setting got changed somehow when I one by one downloaded several of the better rated incognito private browsers from the Play Store and tried them out to find the one I liked. In each of them I set the User Agent to desktop and enabled Flash. I then uninstalled them all except Frost Lite which I decided was the best.
At some point later, I noticed that Flash had started working in Dolphin. I suspect that one of these browsers shares the same tuny settings file as Dolphin and had the ability to either write to it or delete it. But I am not certain. I don't remember exactly all of the browsers I downloaded. For certain I downloaded "Free Private Browser", "InBrowser - Incognito Browsing", and "Frost Lite". I might have tried a couple of others. I suspect it might have been "Free Private Browser" that did the trick because it says in the app description it uses builtin Webkit rendering engine. But I have no way to repeat the experiment.
All I know for certain is that Flash now works in Dolphin on my un-rooted S3 .
Thanks for the info, and I will try it soon

Adobe Flash Player 11.1.111.9 for ARM v6
I present to you the new version for devices based on ARM v6 processors.
(Our smartphone just refers to this device group)
You can install the new version of either of three ways:
1. As usual apk file (all required libs are included) - signed_Adobe_Flash_Player_11.1.111.9.apk
2. As CWM flashable zip (all required libs are included) - FlashPlayerARMv6.zip - need to "mount system" before flash
3. As CWM flashable zip (all required libs are included) - FlashPlayerARMv6_no_need_to_mount.zip - NO need to "mount system" before flash
From the installation files are removed larger and useless library, which has markedly reduced occupied space in the device memory.
Thanks to toreton & lubomyr from 4pda.
*Previous versions for all processor types*
How to:1. Download attached com.adobe.flashplayer_111102059_11.1.102.59.apk
2. Download attached lib.zip
3. Install com.adobe.flashplayer_111102059_11.1.102.59.apk but don't launch it!
4. Copy with RootExplore lib-files from lib.zip to /data/data/com_adobe_flashplayer/lib/
5. Fix permissions for lib-files as on attached screenshot.
6. That's all. Flash will work in any browser you will use.
Thanks to NitroOxid and vlzSilver from 4pda.
For all who have trouble with installation of this app KapTmaH from 4pda made update for CWM. Click Me!

Confirmed to be detected as 10.3 even after restarting phone. I guess lib files were from 10.3?

Try using Maxthon browser.

i am on 11.5 and what i have described has been that way since 11.0
i got a big feeling that you often shoot your mouth off before verifying things. i wouldn't be surprised that you made your previous comment as such without using Opera mobile at all. Which makes yours an unqualified comment.
Please lah, comment responsibly. One day you may be quoting something here which someone else on their end might really go on and do. And what happens if you had said the wrong things? BAM!
think before you write not the other way out.

Is there a way to get the stock browser installed?
I tried installing the apk for the 2.3.1 version but it didn't work...
Try Dolphin Browser HD. It really doesn't get any better. The apk is inside the zip file in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351283
It's called something like tunny browser btw.

Anyone can help with this?
I still can't get it to run...
With a bit of search here and there i couldn't find any way of enabling flash player with the stock browser. So the question is simple: Is there any way of implementing such a feature to our stock browser or is it a lost case scenario?
Cheers!!!

Any browsers other then dolphin able to use flash in katkat with the update? Some one check boat browser yet? One of main reasons i dont want to upgrade to kitkat because flash browsers are limited under it.
UC browser hd has kitkat flash and is pretty good.
How? Can't get it to work

Firefox supports flash on kitkat too
The two best browsers are working : UC Browser and Dolphin. Boat browser is not working anymore, no big deal, it's more or less the same as Dolphin

You still need a modified version of the flash player. Google for kitkat flash and you should find something.
Here is the flash file you'll need.
> Install
Then install Dolphin Browser from the Play Store
> Change settings Web Content to Flash Player Always On, and under Customize User Agent to Desktop
Reboot...
If you have Amazon Prime you can now use it to watch movies since those jerks don't want to help android users.
Do i need to install a flash player? Where can i find it?
You'll have to Google it. Android stopped supporting it, and the flash player app was removed from the play store. I'm pretty sure Chrome doesn't support it, and the last I checked, you'll need Firefox to take advantage of a possible flash player app

Actually, flash player doesn't work on Android 4.3 or later. Some library Flash Player needs was removed.
I've read, but I don't recall if applied to Android 4.3, that Flash Player may work with Dolphin Browser that the Rocket Pack add-on extension. It's been quite a while since I read about it, so I don't remember the details. You'll want to Google it.
For dolphin browser
It works with Firefox . I use it on my Note 4.
