Must have root and ClockWorkMod Recovery
Wipe Cache
Wipe Data/Factory reset

AOSP+ ROM Utility - Click HERE
AOSP+ ROM Utility is just like CodeName Android ROM Utility but for AOSP+. Download file, install as any other APK file, run ROM Utility and press "List Downloads" and select the files you want to download. When downloads are complete you will find a folder named AOSP_Plus on the root of your SD Card and this where all the files will be downloaded to. From there, follow normal install instructions to install ROM, GApps and whatever else for the time being while the ROM Utility is being worked on so it will have the ability to flash ROMs and other such files.

No...it is plain vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4. The napolitain flavor comes later

I have it running now. Looks good . Only with install wizard he connect automatically to g3 and i cant choose to use wifi. Thats possible after installation. I miss rom control but this is clean rom, i know. Also toggle and % battery. But thats all in rom control.

Does wifi work after the setup wizard? Can you test NFC to see if that works please? All other custom stuff will be in CNA 4.0.4 in the near future. Just trying to get a good clean base before we start importing the customizations in.

Wifi works. I can enable and disable nfc because we dont use it in Holland and i cant test it .sorry. The rest is working.

thanks for posting! no issues with me. only two things i miss with stock are the T9 dialer & toggles/widgets. will test further next weekend. (for now need to use a stable/stock unrooted release due to business).

oooo, I can't wait for 4.0.4 CNA!!!

I have been using this since yesterday and I have to say it is extremely snappy and smooth. I'm very happy with the performance and battery drain so far. I was curious to know if anyone new of a standalone mod that was only to add a few nav buttons? That's literally the only mod for this rom I've have been missing coming from CM9. If not i can live with the stock nav buttons but a mini menu and search on the left and right respectively would be epicly awesome. If anyone has any ideas would love any feedback and its much appreciated. Thanks again for this rom, its just what I was looking for.

So if I wanna go back to a backup from this rom I'd have to reroot? Or could I still use manual method for getting into recovery but by not rooted I'm sure it has stock recovery

even newer ROM posted in the op the ROM now includes Gapps so no need for a separate download and flash and I've clean up some code and added a "Google" folder on the home screen also the ROM has hit a "nightly" status even though its a daily driver ready ROM

added notification pulldown toggles which are wifi, bluetooth, location, and rotation (I do not plan on making a way to customize these what you see is what you get)

rom is still nightly as I have more work to do to it but it is daily driver ready without issues

this build is rebuilt from the ground up I removed the notification menu toggles and went back to what this project was supposed to be which is an ultra stable and smooth rom and it also has more of a "fancy" name now but the changes are
6-15-12
removed custom toggles and reverted to stock functions for the notification pull down
reverted back to stock 3.0.8 kernel to match the drivers used (common sprint we need an update)
fixed compass
and went from nightly to a beta status since the base is more solid and the small kinks were ironed out
if you download and use please provide some feedback about your experience and can someone test wallet for me please

[MOD][JB] 720p Video Record/Playback on Jelly bean roms

Switched to cm10 and wanna try semaphore s version with 720p recording/playback working?
I made a patch for jb roms to support 720p recording and playback.i tried ics pack on jb but it gave me media issues.so i decided to take libs from slim bean and made a 720p patch.
Tested on :- cm10 only for timing please test it i will update the op.it should be working on other jb roms also.

yup if u are using huge mem configuration i.e.using semaphore "s" version then this mod is useful to u..and its for jb only..

Thanks. I'll try it when I go back to a JB rom, I'm on the TouchwizMyui rom. But to make sure, it does not have to be a CM10 based rom? Sorry this might sound dumb but how do we tell if it's a semaphore rom?

buddy it should be cm10 based or 4.1.1 jb based rom then only this patch will work...for ics roms there is another patch for 720p videoshttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1575485&highlight=720p.. ....for sempahore its always written on the rom's page that which kernel is being used...or u can check the kernel version in settings/about phone ''kernel version''....the semaphore jb ''s'' version have huge mem config...for that you have to apply this patch to get 720p working...hope this helps..
edit:-it seems that you have my touch 4g ...i dont know about that device so be carefull before trying anything of i9000 international... i own a i9000 international...

Of course I always jump before I finish reading something, I tried it on the MyTouchUX v2 - Feel TouchWiz rom, no go sadly. I was desperate to try it, I sooo miss 720 rec. Hopefully nothing gets messed up by it, I don't want to re-flash the rom. For some reason Clockwork wont create a Nandroid backup anymore, it says it does but it dont.

buddy i think mytouchux v2 is a ics rom ...you should not try this patch try ics 720p patch that might work

Sorry I meant I did try the ICS patch that was linked to in the other post. My bad ha! Yeah I know not to try a JB patch in a ICS rom lol.

you can search for these files in other roms of mytouch if you find it than you can manually place it in system/lib ..

I am not that knowledgable lol. Guess I will have to re-flash my rom, it will rec but playback crashes lol. Oh well, worth the try.

Well everyone, After time spent doing this, I think I may have successfully ported my very first ROM
The ROM is called BlackJelly v0.7 for the T-Mobile Galaxy SIII(SGH-T999). I flashed the tethering fix that you make for the leaked ROM-version, and I find that it also works on this ROM version.

If I'm not mistaken, the CRT animation has always been in android. This fix in previous versions of android (GB) would simply toggle a boolean if I'm not mistaken. I remember reading somewhere that that's how it worked. This version just has a few more things interfering with it I think. So like Aquethys said, it would require a lot more work to code in a CRT on. Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere Aquethys
