Low Battery Warning Loop - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

When my phone gets low on battery, it pops out the low battery warning. It does that once every 5 to 10 seconds. It is very annoying and it renders the phone unusable. How do I fix this problem/ turn off low battery warning for good?

[Q] Jumping battery %

The last 2 days i noticed some battery % jumps. Sometimes it jump from 39 to 33 for instance
Is this normal ?
I've seen it in Battery monitor widget (1minute refresh rate) but also in the stock android battery menu (straight vertical line).
It happens in an instant, i can see it jump before my eye from 39 to 33.
Yes happens quite a lot when coming from sleep. OTA should fix this.
I've had that on other phones as well. For me it's not a "jump", but rather like it consumed 6& in 1min... That's supposed to be normal, if you are really curious, you could try wiping your battery stats though.
Oh no. This happens on my nexus one and my Sensation. Don't tell me this happens again on the One X.

Phone was not shutting down on 0% ?
I thought to let the phone battery die to solve the issue, but i noticed that the phone was not shutting down on itself ?? it kept running on 0% and voltage decreased to 3000mV ?? (isn't that way to low ?)
I tried to power it off and on again, but it didn't boot. So i put the phone on the charger and the orange led kept blinking ??
Eventually i held down the power button and then it started to charge and i could boot again.
But what's the problem with my phone ? shouldn't it shutdown @ 0% battery on itself to prevent battery damage?

[Q] Phone not shutting down on 0% battery ?

Since i was having problems with the battery levels i thought to run the battery dry, but i noticed that the phone was not shutting down on itself ?? it kept running on 0% and voltage decreased to 3068mV ?? (isn't that way to low ?)
I tried to power it off and on again, but it didn't boot. So i put the phone on the charger and the orange led kept blinking (1sec on, 1 sec off)??
Eventually i held down the power button and then it started to charge and i could boot again.

same here mate suddenly the screen went off without any warning but no it did shut down but maybe not proper software shut down, since when it regained power i had fast boot off so the phone booted from the start, the power was not @ 0% when it went out, so i dont think there is a worry about hardware or battery
yea i guess one of the many bugs, its a beast that needs to be tammed
I just drained my battery to 0 and it shut down. Now when I put the charger in there is no LED, and it doesn't turn on...... what do i do??
I am on a custom ROM. Does this mean it won't charge now because the recovery doesn't support it?
Edit: eventually the red LED blinked, then after a few minutes it stayed on solid. Then I was able to turn it on.

Battery Acting Weird (Oppo Find 7 X9076)

I recently brought Oppo Find 7 X9076. Recently I switched to Cm11 and then back to 2.0.0i.
The battery has started acting weird. It stays @100% for over an Hour even on continuous usage. Then it jumps to below 80% and then around 50% shuts down. Cant start the phone. Says battery too low. Need to charge it for sometime before it starts.
What could be causing such weird battery behaviour?
Me too facing this problem. IT'S GETTING TOO IRRITATING NOW

Battery drain level indication jumps around on SM-T210R

My SM-T210R battery percentage indicator seems to jump around. When it gets down to about the 50% range it will start to indicate the low battery warning that comes on at 15%. If you turn the screen off for a minute or 2 and then turn the screen back on the percentage will be back to where it should be about. After another 10-20 minutes of usage it will do the same thing. Low battery alert, turn screen off, then back on and the level will be about where it should be. Pretty much can do this until the battery gets all the way down. On occasion the tablet will shutdown because the battery is indicating that the level is in the low single digits. Is it the battery or the tablet? It is all stock and the tablet was purchased in Dec 2013. For the most part battery life is on par from when we got it. Thanks!

power problems

My phone is suggenly shutting off when the battery hits around 50%. It's also a sudden shut down not a usual "your phone is shutting down" type thing. But I dont think it's the battery because when I plug it in to charge the battery icon shows it to be half full already. Since it's such a quick power off I doubt there would be anything in any logs, But where would I look log wise just in case? Anyone have any experience with this?
