LTE status bar toggle button on aosp/aokp roms.. - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

I'm currently on the Codename JB Rom on the I747 (AT&T) which I think is smoothest by far, and I have installed other CM10/aosp roms before that also had the LTE toggle button in the status bar.
My question is, does the toggle button actually enable/disable LTE? I've tried multiple methods on trying to stay on HSPA+ through other means, such as changing APNS and whatnot, and even after reading through other threads, it seems like LTE is toggled automatically somehow.
Just wondering if this is normal or not, and what the purpose of the LTE button is for.....(I'm assuming for the Candian users???) :silly:

[Q] MIUI/ Cyanogen like Notification Bar

Hello I wonder if there is any possibility to get a the function of the MIUI/ Cyanogen Notification bar (turn on/ off wifi, apn etc. through notification bar) as I find this very handy. Is there anything out there to get this working in sense roms?

[Q] Possible to hide "4G antenna is ON" notification

I'm not sure if this is ROM specific, but on Calkulin's Evio I see an annoying red notification anytime 4G is enabled but not connected. The notification says to click to scan, but I was under the understanding it would always be scanning if enabled but not connected.
Is there a way to hide specific notifications to they are never seen, or at least to hide this specific one?
Same problem here, I bought my EVO about a week and a half ago, and I had the option to hide the notification, but I flashed Warm 2.2 and that option is gone. I notice my girlfriend's phone doesn't have the option to hide it either. I don't want to go messing around in the build.prop file, but I do think there might be a way in there...
um, turn off 4g to make it go away, there might be a special zip to flash. that notification was added in 3.70 to remind you that you left 4g on when there is no 4g signal

[Q] WI-FI...gone!

Without any reason, the wifi has gone. There's still the toggle on the notification bar and so the related button in the power widget. I can access to wifi from the settings menĂ¹, as always, but i can't do nothing. The toggle is grey, i cannot even switch to on/off and so is the icon in the power widget. I tried to change kernel a tons of times, i flashed also a new radio, then even a new rom. Nothing! Please, help me out
I'm also having a similar problem not being able to turn my WiFi on. Flashed to stock and changed kernels and radios multiple times. No idea how to get it working.
Nothing changed even after restoring a nand. Dunno if those screenshots can help

Xylon 4.2.1 Toro Question

I have tried posting this question multiple times in the Xylon thread but I have never gotten a response.
Does anyone know how to stop Bluetooth from crashing the System UI?
I am not using anything but Xylon, Photogestures, and Gapps cleaned flashed.
My Configuration:
Alpha Status and Navigation Bars
Circle Mod Battery
6 Status Bar Quick Toggles (NFC, Airplane, Wifi Tether, Auto Rotate, Torch, and LTE)
Alarm Status Bar Icon Disabled
Added Small Day of the Week to Status Bar Clock
Added Menu Button to Navigation Bar between Home and Recent Apps.
Pattern Unlock Screen
Renamed Bluetooth device to "Galaxy Nexus"
Renamed Wifi Tether to "Galaxy Nexus"
Once all these settings are set and I restart my phone the System UI will crash 100% of the time when I toggle Bluetooth on or off via the widget or through the settings.
I'm not sure how to fix your issue. I too have experienced this issue of no one acknowledging my issue. I even listed the bug on their g+ page twice and on the thread 3 times. Best of luck mate!

WiFi toggle widgets FC

I've tried this on both Xylon 17 and Xenon 3.
Basically, I add any wifi toggle widget to my home screen, and every time I try to use it, it force closes. Reading the error report shows that a SecurityException is being thrown.
The only way I can toggle wifi is through the menu or through the built in notification bar toggles.
Other toggles (bluetooth, data, silent/vibrate) work fine, it's just that on the newer versions of Android (my tablet with Xenon 2 running 4.1.2 doesn't have this problem) seem to break wifi toggles.
A google search reveals only a couple of other people have had this problem, but no solution was found (or posted).
Thoughts?
