XXDLI8 [mod] 1% battery+call record+no increase volume Ring+loud volume!!! - Galaxy S III Themes and Apps

Hi there,
so I have manage to do all the things I like to the latest JB stock rom Leak and I want to share it here.
so you have 3 files attached:
1. SystemUi.apk - for NO Increase volume ring+recording call - Just copy this file to SYSTEM/APP with Root explorer (I recommend Super Manager - free root explorer from Play Store) - pls delete the file in the SYSTEM/APP before you copy my file!!!
2. Digits_Theme.zip - CWM file - flash this file for my battery mod in CWM and reboot- pls look at the pic to see my battery mod! the numbers are big and white so you can see it clear at the bar!
3. default_gain.conf - just copy the file in the zip to (r/o)/etc with Root explorer (i recomend Super Manager - free root explorer from Play Store) - this is for the loud volume hack! pls delete the file in the (r/o)/etc before you copy my file!!!
so that my little work, if you like it pls recommend it...
Ron

strange zip file, latest version of 7-zip was unable to extract the ogg files, but winrar was able to
Thanks Mate. will this work with stock rom + Rooted ?
Thanks mate
This will work with stock ROM or any other ROM. To use, merge the files as suggested above.

I extracted the files from each folder and using root explorer I moved them to system/media/audio/alarms,notifications and ringtone folders but when I go to settings>sound>device ringtone>choose android system, I still get only the default choices. The new ones are not there.
I have cf root 6.3 and stock rom LF6.

Did you set permissions rw-r-r?
And there is another method just create a media folder with all these files in your sd card

Stock video player apk

I recently downloaded a boat free stock rom and the video player is now gone. I really liked using it, can anyone upload the apk or show me where I can download it?

Copy both these files to system/app. It should work ! They are odexed though so maybe not if your rom is deodexed

my rom is deodexed.....still safe to install or no?
I'd give it a shot and copy it over. If it doesn't work, just delete the files. I am usually running the deodex apps and roms but but unfortunately haven't tried any ROMS yet on SGS3. Something else you can do is this; just go find another ROM in development thats been deodexed already and download the ROM. Then extract Video Player.apk from the system/app folder and copy it to your system/app folder. Only problem is that you'll have to download a 600MB rom for one file.

[MOD][JB][S ION] IPhone style app folder

Awww.. I hate the way sony app folder look like. So I made it look like IPhone app folder.
How to make it work:
- Download and copy file to phone.
- Copy "home.apk" to system/app
- Replace old one.
- Give correct permission i.e: rw-r--r--
- Reboot.
(Taking Backup of old "home.apk" is recommended)

[MOD][Bootanimation] Moto-xperia animation w/ sounds

Hi just sharing my bootanimation this is a motorola droid animation combined with a word XPERIA and droid as a loop animation..
This is a bootanimation is for HD screens 1280x780 and with sound.
Instruction.
1. Copy and paste the file xperia droid.zip to /system/ using Rootexplorer(mount RW to paste files on this directory)
3. rename it to bootanimation.zip and change the permission to rw-r--r--
4. Move or copy and paste the renamed bootanimation.zip to system/media/ replacing the original bootanimation..
5. Reboot your phone...
Or if you have a Roomtoolbox just copy the xperiadroid.zip to your sd and using romtoolbox search for the file on you directory and install the animation then reboot.

Open zip, find . mp3 file and delete it.
It would be something like bootanim.mp3
Sent from my LT26i using Tapatalk 2
@nrdl
you can do it manually...
-extract the zip file(xperiadroid zip)
-compress it again in zip format excluding the bootanim.mp3 and using a compression method in store format..
- there you go..the sound are already remove..

You can try it, but I guess it will probably work. Make a nand backup just to make sure. I do not want to be blamed if ever..
BTW if you want to hear the bootsounds go to settings-sounds and try increasing the 3 sliders, and please use the Root explorer method I do not know but that method works flawlessly for me..
Note also that if you use Roomtoolbox to install and use rebooter option to reboot, the sounds will not play..I do not know why.
So in order for you to hear sounds turn off the phone in normal way using the power/lock button then power it up again..
Update: I tried to use the reboot option on roomtoolbox and the sounds are working. I noticed that the best way to install it with sounds is the rootexplorer method...

I did increase all the sliders in settings-sounds and also reboot using power button off and on button, but still no boot sounds, so probably I'll use the Root explorer method now..
