[Q] Replace bootloader

Hello, i was trying the omap4boot but i flashed using the kindle fire utility.
Now my kindle wont boot up. Any ideas?
Use a factory cable to flash the boot partition

the bootloader its self is required to even get into fastboot so your only fix may be pokey9ks usb_boot method

This post is one of the more confusing ones I've read in a while. omap4boot refers to a linux tool and it's not meant to be flashed onto the Kindle Fire, so I don't see what role KFU would play here.
You need to give more details about the problem if you want to get some help. What did you try to do? How did you do it? What is your Kindle Fire doing now?
Also, smirkis is absolutely correct. If you don't have a working bootloader, the factory cable is not going to be of much use here.
RE:
Sorry for the confusion: I tried to flash pookey9000's omap bootloader, however, i flashed it wrong and now my kindle will not turn on or show any color on the power button. I dont think I can turn on the Kindle
What is the pookey9's usb boot fix thing?

If you're talking about aboot.bin, there's no way to flash it right, because you're not supposed to be flashing it at all.
If you don't even get the boot logo appearing on the display, you're going to have to use pokey9000's Firekit and hope that it can flash a new bootloader for you. If it can't, that means you'll have to dismantle the Kindle Fire so you can short a connection on the board and get it in to usb boot mode.

The thread what you recommended don't help me, because i can't attach my Fire to my PC. (ADB driver installed and worked well last time)

You'll find, when you read the thread posted above, what the "stuck at Kindle Fire logo" means, along with what would cause adb and fastboot to fail connecting to your computer. You may have to read more than two paragraphs though.

Sorry, what you said doesn't make a whole lot of sense because you've attached a photo of a recovery screen that you claim to have wiped... and that's not even TWRP you have in your photo, that's CWMR. Maybe you'd like to go back a few posts and read the guide in the link that was provided earlier.
Then, you'll need to describe what you have installed on your device, what appears to be broken, and exactly where you are getting stuck int he process of reinstalling the Kindle Fire software.

[Q] Bricked my kindle fire!!!! PLZ HELP...

My kindle fire is stuck at FIREFIREFIRE bootloader ( the screen which has a kindle fire logo and an android logo above it)....
My conditions are like this:
Kindle fire - ROOTED
ROM - Kindle Fire Stock Rom
TWRP - Installed
FIREFIREFIRE - Installed
And i could'nt find 'kindle fire' in my windows device manager when i plugged my kindle on my pc...
Help will be appreciated...
This is a must-read: [GUIDE] Kindle Fire For Beginners
Be sure to read the first 3 posts.
not finding ' kindle ' , or 'android device' on my windows 7 device manager...so how shud i get rid of it? has anybody experienced it?
Long press on the Fire power button does nothing - doesn't launch TWRP in recovery mode. Entering commands in a Command window from my laptop isn't getting through to my Fire. And, as I mention above, the Kindle Fire device is not available on my Device Manager
After reading the guide potestasx offered you, do you you understand why your device is stuck at the boot screen?
I think i've been stuck at boot loader due to lack of battery....
I fully charged it after that...
but its still stuck...
Cant find 'kindle' or "Kindle' on my Device manager...
So dont know whether i on Fastboot mode or Normal mode...
I assume that i m on fastboot mode...
i tried installing drivers from 'install_drivers' in 'kindle fire utiltity'...
but none changed...
Known Tricks
If you end up stuck at the yellow triangle, in KF Utility select Boot Normal, wait for it to say <waiting for device> and then press and hold the power button 20 seconds until the fire turns off, then when its off turn it back on. This sometimes happens, I have yet to find a clean solution If you end up stuck with a yellow triangle, do not EVER unplug it. Leave it plugged in. Check the windows drivers to make sure it isnt showing as "kindle" again. Fastboot is different and can cause this.
Please note: If your device can't be seen in fastboot mode, please make sure to install the drivers packaged with this, as it will show up afterwards. You can use the install_drivers.bat with the device plugged in for this.

Not quite. First of all, you're in the wrong bootmode. You just need to change it back to normal and you'll be just fine. The guide posted earlier has information on the different bootmodes, how they work, and eventually how to change them. From your description it should be pretty easy to fix.
You also need to pay attention to the second post of that thread as it will help you verify that your drivers are in order. The third post will give you the necessary tools to fix your problem and any others that may arise.
I will tell you this, after you've changed your bootmode it would be a good idea to reinstall TWRP and then use TWRP to install FFF1.4
Thanx a lot Thepooch...My kindle fire is working now....
thanx.... I m thinking of installing FIREFIREFIRE v.1.4...It has fixed charging mode and other..
It'll help if it happens further...
Thanx again
Your welcome be careful with it now
I thought it's working but it is doing the same thing again again... it is rebooting and sticking to the bootscreen again after using 5 mins.....Cant understand the problem behind it...what to do?

Are you able to boot to recovery? If so, you might try running a backup and then load a custom rom just to test normal boot. I've had bootmode issues twice with the stock rom (6.3 & 6.3.1).

no i cant boot to recovery
How are you trying to get to recovery?
By using FFFv1.4a....

Run fastboot 5001 (full command in the guide thread).
If it says waiting on device, hold the power button until it shuts off and then power it back on. That should alow you to get into recovery.

Yep, that'll do it. The stock roms were not built to update with root/recovery installed. I learned that the hard way, too.

kindle fire..getting angry

ok this is my situation...i got a kindle fire or kindle fire 2 off someone and when i got it i couldnt get passed the White and Orange Kindle fire logo so i decided to search these forums up and down trying different things...decided to buy a factory cable and i get to the Fastboot screen with the green blinking light and i get no further...i have never seen the home screen or anything..just that darn logo until the factory cable came in now im only seeing the fastboot screen...so im guessing this think cant be fixed.
im running windows 7 64bit and i have a linux live usb already set up.
i just wanna get this thing back to stock if its possible. if someone could possibly help me or if you need more info then by all means im here to listen or give the information needed to get this thing working again.
oh and i forgot the device comes up in the device manager as otter2-prod-04 ive installed the drivers from the android sdk
What you have is a Kindle Fire 2. Do not try to flash custom recovery on it until you visit the Kindle Fire 2 forums.

[Q] Kindle Fire HD 8.9 stuck in fastboot mode

Hi guys,
I wanted to convert my kindle fire hd 8.9 to full fledged android device, so I followed this post: http://rootkindlefire.com/kindle-fi...-kindle-fire-hd-8-9-into-pure-android-tablet/ Everything went well except that I kept getting stuck on white/blue kindle fire logo. I could however get into TWRP.
So I browsed through the internet and found about soupkit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1850038 (Now I notice that I was not supposed to use it on kindle fire hd, d'oh!) I tried changing my boot mode to normal using it, nothing happened. Then I changed my boot mode to Bootloader and it went to fastboot mode. Since then I haven't been able to get out of the fastboot mode. I have tried everything so far.
Commands like
fastboot erase boot
gives me FAILED (remote: partition table doesn't exist) error.
I even tried changing the boot mode to 4000. Still nothing it keeps booting into fastboot mode. Any help will be appreciated.
Please, whatever you do, don't do anything else until you read this...

I'm throwing a guess out there if kffa said that, maybe you deleted an unsigned partition? If it was signed your kindle wouldn't even be turning on. I'm not an expert at this particular kinda thing. If that is the case though I would think the only way to fix is to reflash the entire emmc to restore the partition layout, though I'm not sure if you can do that over fastboot. What do you think soupmagnet?

Sorry, I got caught up in stuff. Check your inbox.
I'm having this same problem. It goes to the Kindle logo for a few seconds, and then the screen turns red, and then it boots into fastboot.
I have been trying to unbrick my device for a day now with no luck at all. Nothing I try (KFFA, KFHD SRT, flashing stock imgs) works. I am getting very frustrated and I am starting to think that I will not be able to fix it. I just threw $300 out the window. I am an idiot.
Could u provide more details as to what happens when u try to reflash it from fastboot using those utilities?

You will more than likely need a fastboot cord but you can try it with the USB since you are in fastboot already. I am not sure if this will work with a USB cord though. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886460 when you run it, use the one marked "Added a improved Root-Method by Ariel Berkman."
I'm having the same issue
