Well, I have one x htc at & t. I have the same plan you go phone from att $ 50.00. This plan is grappling with international s3 galaxy, nexus and international note s3 ay with clear and one x international htc htc att x no one grabs the data, which is designed to be of no will strive att. but still in some models scramble clear whether either. including Verizon motorolla droid bionic.
wonder if you unlock the bootlouder and changing rom I would be on something that I can run the data. the apn I have them. wonder why it is that in some models inother sip and nop. have to do with what I said the rom or bootlouder and nop.
that the international phone if struggle is the difference.
any suggestions ....
No offense .. but i seriously can't understand a thing you just wrote..

Hey Guys,
I am so excited to get hTC one X but I am really confused between the international and the att one
some would argue that dual-core snapdragon S4 is even better than T3 and vice versa .. any idea?
here why I am confused:
one x international: T3 better than S4?, will get upgrades b4 att,
one x att: S4 better than T3?, comes with warranty, cheaper (550$ VS 640$ for international)
my big concern is actually the warranty! 90$ is no big deal
to me, I don't care about the 16 VS 32 Gb or radio or even 4G!
so anyone to help me out?

I would think the international One X will have a better development crowd. That was the main reason I ordered the international model.

International version. For some reason development on cdma/lte phones is very slow. There's something about the configuration that makes things immensely complicated. Even Google stopped supporting the cdma Nexus devices.
Plus you can travel abroad with the international version.

I think the main reason development is slow on CDMA phones is that they're really only used in the United States. There simply is enough devs able to work with them. You have a good point about the international version though; you can take it traveling and pop any sim that uses the appropriate frequencies.
what about the warranty guys?
does it worth going with att htc one x for the warranty since international one doesn't come with any warranty?!

Both AT&T and INTL models have the same 3G support, only difference being the addition of the 4G radio. No major biggie here.
I'm in a postition to get the XL from my local 4G provider (Telstra in Australia, when they release it) but chose to get the INTL OneX from a dev perspective. Much larger dev crowd and earlier overall release. Look at the AT&T forum - dead! Yes it's only very early days there, but people were posting all over the INTL OneX forum well before it was available.
M.
i bought mine in europe and i have 1 year of warranty
ATT has a duel core version. INT has a quad core version
INT has 32gb of storage plus a extra 25gb from drop box . ATT has 16gb n no word on drop box offering 25gb
ATT has a LTE Radio inside which will be a battery killer. The INT just has a HSPA+ radio
INT version is everywhere so it will have a much bigger development than the US version
I just bought a international version n hope to have it tommrow.. the only big difference is the LTE radio.
Samsung had change the processor on the Galaxy Note and it has no problems
If support is such a big deal to you than stay with the ATT version and pay 4$ a month or w/e if your phone get lost or stolen or damage ..

32 gb vs 16 is the main reason to chose the int. that and the AT&T box sux.

this is not the case in the US!
to get international version of the 1 x, u should buy it from amazon or ebay ..etc without warranty (well, ebay provide warranty from 3rd party for 89.99$)
international version is better in my opinion.
THIS ARTICLE will help. It compares the Tegra 3 powered One X to the Snapdragon S4 powered One S.
Unless you need 4G, the international version should come out on top benchmark wise.
If you check out Engadget's review of the LTE One X it is actually superior in most benchmarks because of the Snapdragon S4.

Where can you buy international version in U.S. with warranty? Everything I see on Amazon says no warranty.

You can buy one from eBay they still give you warranty. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-HTC-...88352?pt=AU_Mobile_Phones&hash=item4164b3f080
EDIT
Sorry the seller is not in the US though.
I received my one x from Singapore today, and it works great. I'm curious, though, is it possible to flash a stock rom from somewhere else in the world (the UK maybe) onto it? Are the radio firmwares from other places in the world any better for AT&T US than the stocker?
--Matt
very interested in knowing the same thing. In fact my phone was messed with when i bought it but i'm told it was from singapore originally can someone tell me how to find out where it's from. And I'd like stock rom from other places if possible.
No, its not possible. You have to flash only the RUU which has the CID number matching your device. Every device released on to your country will have a common CID.
@op, Is your device from At&t, if so it wasn't one x, its a one xl just named as AT&T one x. Differed in the processor s4 and tegra3.

To find out where it's from get the CID and google it. You can narrow it down which region is your phone from.

No. Like I said, it's from Singapore. I'm just using it on AT&T's network.

Someone bought HTC One X for me from Dubai, UAE. I am planning to use it in the UK. Does anyone know if the warranty is international and in the UK with my handset or it'll be valid in middle east only?
Also is there a way to find out colour of the phone from the box? It was a gift hence not quite sure about the colour.
Thanks
It's international. I asked HTC, do the same.

Its not listed here, but I'm told its an X but with LTE hence the L
Ive rooted a wildfire s before n was thinking of doing this phone, tossing up between root this or buy a newer phone.
My question is, if I follow the procedures for an X, as in here on this forum, if I root, will I lose my LTE capability?
Anyone recommend any great ROMS?
cheers

Almost two years ago after opend my Htc One M7 i put first time AT&T rom on my device. It was not working without problem. After that i find many kinds of Custom rom.Inside this roms you have option to choose before intall what kind of brand have your device. So i mean will be not working on AT&T good. But im waiting here on some good custom rom.I already ask Venom Team, but they dont have a capcity to take care about our device.I can not programing, but im opend to work on some custom rom for Htc Desire Eye.And i see we living not so far away together in Austria.

I'm wondering the same question. I received mine through HTC elevate. How would I tell the difference between the international and the at&t version of the phone? I'm fairly certain they sent me the international version as it came with a European plug on the charger but I would like to be sure.
