Hey am using the HTC Touch Pro 2 youtube app what came pre-installed, I was wondering if there is an addon or something which can let me download the video directly to my phone?
I have searched on here and cannot find anything, thanks
This is interesting to me too. Something that downloads the .mp4 or .flv files would work great.

Thanks the one attached works ok but I didnt really want to use a separate app to do this. The link stops my youtube app from working and comes up with the error report.

how do I unistall the x1i app?
It says "the program was not fully unistalled do you want to remove it from the list"
tried a soft reset and its still there and my orginal youtube doesnt work

I'm trying to install this Opera CAB -Opera9.5_15445_VGA.CAB - I downloaded from the site and I get this message - the installation was unsuccessfull because the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions - can anyone help here waht to do?

Depending on the rom you are using, you may need to try sdkcerts.

I'm pleased to tell you that I have DIY a HTC hero rom:FLZYUP Custom ROM v1.0 based on MCR 2.9.
Key Features:
1. After flash, You can choose three languages:simplified Chinese,traditional Chinese,English
2. Add-ons for Chinese users,such as smart dial by pinyin and so on .
3. ADD moto Blur Animation
4. ADD htc Chinese IME.
5. Bootsound enabled by default.

7. modify hosts file for downloading softs. in market rightly.
8. The Enhanced Version add some useful softwares and you can uninstall them by yourselves.

By any chance can you use a different download provider:
1. For the raysource download provider I am left with the following message "this file size too large, please use raysource to download". I do not want to sign up with this provider and download a software so that I am able to download this ROM.
2. I have tried qqfile in babel translation and it cannot translate it correctly. I have tried to download from there by guessing but still no use. Maybe a tutorial might be helpful.
You are more likely to receive more downloads for your ROM if you use an international based provider such as mediafire, rapidshare or 4shared etc

same here, i clicked on every link on those pages, but no download started... couldn't read the messages.
same here.. even clicking the "english" button in the top right don't help.. I'm not able to download from that site..
Got to the download page but then it says the file is too big, use raysource or something, so I click on that and it wants me to download and install raysource client (some download manager to download from the site)
So, i'll wait for a decent link
I haven't upload to mediafire, rapidshare or 4shared .etc,that's because in our regin I cann't visit these websites. Although I can visit, the speed is very slowly. For point 1,you download the software and install it. Without sign up,you can download them. For point 2, If you user IE and download tools, you can download it！I'll try to upload them to mediafire, rapidshare or 4shared .etc

I'm in the process of downloading them (taking forever though) and will then upload to a couple of different filesharing host locations

Straight off a fresh reboot this doesn't feel as good as Modacos, so I'm flashing back. Chinese text occasionally appears when using English and there's a few apps in there I think are paid versions.

I get the same feeling that it's just not quite the same as Modacos and of course the odd Chinese text popping up here and there.

As for Mega, if you are on PC, you just click Download, if you are on a phone, you need to download a Mega app to download from there.
dev-host server is down i need this file i downloaded other 2 from google drive somehow but cant find this one on any google drive can somebody have it upload it for me ? thanks in advance

first thing: I'm not a pro.
but if you have a ftf of that firmware you can choose which parts to flash in the flashtool menu.
in the "exclude" section (on the right) tick everything but the kernel.
now you should only see "kernel.sin" in the "content" section (in the middle).
now flash and that should do the thing but I could be wrong. :silly:
