[How To]default QuickPic for Rom, delete Gallery3D!

hi dude, i'm share tutor, this is not how to install the application!
but this way is to create a default gallery "QuickPics" in your rom, and gallerry 3d deleted,
because I think it is a gallery "QuickPics" smooth.

How to create a default Gallery QuickPics:
1. Download QuickPics below,
2. Ektract application "QuickPic" using winrar,
3. To the folder "lib\armeabi" and copy the file name "libqpicjni82.so", after that, you paste the rom which you wish to use, to the folder "system\lib".
4. Copy of the application "QuickPic" in "system\app". done!
5. Archive want the flash rom .zip!
6. Paste Rom on your sdcard, Install via CWM ...
7. Enjoy!!!

you can also delete the 3dGallery with system app remover and install QuickPic XD

that's not the point bro,
This way to build rom,
when you will release a rom,
rom you have a new feature
namely "quickpic" default gallery, gallery 3d deleted!

Any screenshot? No features? if it can load picture faster, it might have lower display quality or something else... Just want to know more before adding to ROM.

Wow~~ this is not bad~~ is it possible to add this into the ROM I am using now? I don't really want to reflash my ROM which I have just finished modded yesterday.

i kinda delete my ORIGINAL gallery using titanium backup without knowing what im doing and i cannot acces my gallery anymore

Just extract the *.apk and simply copy libqpicjni82.so to system/lib and put the *.apk into system/app if you want to install it without flashing.
Better than gallery 3d, run smoothly ~

I've been playing with it since I found it on the S3 forum earlier on Slim ICS and it works but if you exit and then go back into it you get S-Voice is not responding. If you clear data it's all good to go again so it's fun to play with. It'll probably work better on Samsung ROM's but was surprised when I managed to use it to call home and was going to text my mum as a test.

Not installing as a regular .apk app, any other way to install it. I'm on stock Sammy ICS rom!!

It should do, I just clicked on it and it installed and that's on AOSP.

Try to delete vlingo.apk from system/app and paste this in system/app and set permissions and reboot

Refuses to install on stock LP 8 as an apk .

takes too long to transition between commands
i keep pressing the mic key but doesnt repond for a while

It probably has some missing dependencies which is why it isn't speaking responses. I don't have the issue with taking too long between commands but as I said in my first post, it doesn't like being closed and opened again for a second time on mine.

tried it again now its working fully

[MOD] and [SHARE] Android 4.2 clock apps [JB only]

Hello guys, I have 2 apps for you, one is the official 4.2 clock app and the other one is the 4.1 clock app modded to look like the 4.2 analog clock
(GoogleDeskClock.apk may contain a few bugs)
Instructions:
Before doing anything wipe the clock app data.
1. Download
2. Move it to your SD card
3. Rename original DeskClock.apk in system/app to DeskClock.apk.bak (just in case)
4. Copy the downloaded file to system/app and set permissions to rw-r--r--
5. Reboot
6. Done!

First of all, these posts are old.
And your answers are wrong.
1. Parsing error means that the app doesn't work on the android version in question.
2. The JB 4.2 camera doesn't work for earlier android versions on the Ace.

1.I tried JB clock,it works but it FCs on my device
2.4.2 camera is working on 4.0.4 roms.I tested several times on my device running AOSP 4.0.4.

still the same problem

Doh, I made a copy of my clockpackage (well, renamed it), flashed the zip, and the apk is corrupt (can't be passed). I tried copying manually, but it fails. Only happens on this apk file as can copy others in fine. Now I can't get my old one back either....
EDIT: Turns out my system rom was full (only 200k remaining). I removed a couple of frozen system apps and it appeared copied fine

@Mythtrandyr if u want to port S3 keyboard to our devices just replace these files
It will work on all roms [CM,AOKP,AOSP,MIUI,STOCK,etc]

Make a flashable zip and try ;D

Why did you decide that I will make the keyboard port? I do not see anything useful in the S3 keyboard to deal with it...

can you give a mirror for downloading, i can't dowload.

When install this camera other to camera and gallery I've in my app drawer also an icon with Chinese write that start another camera...don't know what it is but if I uninstall that it uninstall all lenovo apps camera and gallery. Someone else has the same Chinese icon and maybe know what it is?
