verizon prl on sprint help - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Im attempting to install the verizon prl on a jellybean sprint nexus. I get as far as putting the anycut widget on my homescreen and I click on the write prl button it closes out and a messege at the bottom of the screen says "Fail to send TEST PRL file". Why is it not working right?

Do you have a Verizon prl that is renamed to Test.prl in the root of your sdcard?
Beamed from my Maguro

Yes TEST.prl is in the root of sdcard. Tried several different prls. If I dont have one in there it just says that it cant find TEST.prl, but when I have it in there it gives me the fail to send PRL TEST

Got it working now. Went to stock Jellybean. Apparently something was messed up with the aokp rom.

How to stop auto PRL update ?

Does anyone know how to keep my prl from auto updating ? I was using 01337.prl from techknowfile's thread and somehow my prl got updated to 60669 when i went to 2.2 froyo...Since #775 doesnt work anymore, I had to go back to a 1.47 rom and change the prl
There are a few threads that say you can use CDMA workshop demo to change it back. I am not sure about preventing the update

Try 45513 it works great for me. Sorry this post is late, I just joined. Change the extension on the end from .txt to .prl, then use a program such as CDMA Workshop to write it.

Will this help?
Disable debugging on your device
Open your phone's dialer and type *#7284#"
Switch to "CP" or "Modem"
Plug in your device
taken from the prl change guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1754551
I already tried that but it didn't work!

If you just wanna flash a PRL you can do it from your phone directly? Digiblur has a thread about how to do it, and he also has a flashable that enables flashing PRL's from MA4 and up (because it was taken out for some reason)
Yes I just want to flash Verizon's PRL into my Sprint GS3

PRL Write Enabler (Says MA4 and MA6, but also works on MB1):

Every Sprint PRL (has instructions for putting a new PRL on, if you're on Touchwiz or AOSP)

Figured out that it's ##PORT# that opens up the DIAG for our phones...
Another question, however.
I manually changed the PRL and now I have no service at all. (Roaming or otherwise)
Just the bars with a big white X over them.
Phone won't dial out to update prl.
Did I screw up the radio somehow? Any idea on how to remedy the situation?

Well I'm trying to flash it to Page Plus, so I tried 00002 (Verizon Wireless) and I think 53000 (Page Plus) and then one from the kittwireless.com site called pageplus.prl (I don't know the number)...
I tried flashing an RUU to go back to stock settings and 3-vibe bricked my phone. lol Oops.

[Q] How to write PRL to a Note 2

Been searching over the Internet but couldn't find a way.
Here is the deal. Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 some months ago, I live outside USA, was working for the Only CDMA company in my country, a partner flashed the Phone with our company PRL. Leaved the company, the company will leave CDMA altogether, want to sell the phone outside my country. Tried to activate and get the PRL from the network but is not posible.
Downloaded the PRL file, tried with the TEST.prl trick but there's not write PRL option, later tried any cut and the shortcut says that PRL Write is not installed. With a VPN connection I get the sprint setup for hand free/automatic activation which would let me download the PRL but of course I'm not an SPRINT customer.
So can someone please help me flash the phone with an Sprint PRL so can be sell on swappa?
Regards

Take the prl and rename it as TEST and place in root of not sure if it was sd card or internal memory. try one and if it doesnt work try the other. then dial ##3282#, tap on view then tap on prl write and bam....new prl..... or other option is to root the phone and get msl reader from market and use cdma dfs tool to write prl.

Did not understood the software, still searching
I had problems with it too took a couple times but turn off the mobile networks and Wifi and try it a couple times the turning off the data before hand worked for me
It can't get easier using DFS. Plug in your SPC, go to the NAM tab, load the PRL file, write it, reboot the phone. Win.
Sent from my SPH-L900 using xda app-developers app
sorry been busy. If it does not show the write prl tap then you need to root the phone and install the prl write unhide zip for whatever modem your using
