I was wondering if someone could help me. I really like using swipepad but it causes lag in the general feeling of any rom. Is there a memory setting or something i can do to keep the smooth feel of a rom while using swipepad?

No swipe pad. It's a nice little tool to quickly jump to any app. It's in the market.

Its typical I'm guessing... kind of like when you have a toast notification and it lags until it goes away... this might be suffering the same issue.

I'll give it a try but I'm not hopeful. Thanks.

Yea. Nothing really helped swipe pad. I have found that using aokp b35 with nova launcher and setting my my right soft key to open the app drawer gets rid of the need to use swipe pad

I cannot confirm this on Nexus 7.
I have a long time experience with SwipePad on my Gingerbread Samsung Galaxy W. I have buy full collection: https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Calcium+Ion
I can start apps on this phone without any delays, I have never seen toast notification "Starting App_Name" on it.
Now I have SwipePad installed on my shiny new Jelly Bean Nexus 7 too. Even here SwipePad usually responds immediately without any delay (I mean how long it take to start swiped app), but sometimes I get in the bottom third of the screen toast notification "Starting App_Name" with some delay, let say 1 or 2 second or so. Why is there this delay on Jelly Bean (4.1.2) and only sometime?
I have 2 play store nexuses that are stock rooted. They both received the OTA and now both are missing the camera.apk. Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions for a solution?

Camera is now part of gallery. There is no longer a separate apk.

Thanks. I had disabled the gallery as my wife and I use quickpic. Enabled it and back in business. Thank you much!!

Thanks! I was freaking out!
What do you mean the camera is missing? Like the app is missing? Because I do have the camera app on my home screen like always on my 4.1.1

I had the gallery disabled, so the camera app was not showing anywhere in the system.

Not on twitter. Or I can't seem to find it.

It should already be there system wide... you could try downloading the add on dictionary in keyboard settings if you haven't already done so
It won't be all colorful and every as you may expect, it'll be kinda small and in black and white

Pedometer updates you every month, not daily. If your Google now was activated only recently then you won't get the pedometer update of this month.
And cards?? All pedometer and all this IS cards
Where is registration for google now please ?
Sorry im still learning my way round the note 2.

Set your language to English us and then activate google search by pressing long on the menu button or long press on the home button and press the Google icon.

Hmmm.
Tried that. The search box comes up but thats it ?
Thanks for your patience guys

Sorry forgot to clarify. You have to change the language settings for the whole phone to us English.

Are you using the yahoo app? It has worked fine for me lately with 4.2.2 on my Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7. Have you tried clearing the app data or uninstalling / reinstalling the app?
