Hello guys,
I recently having problem with my EVO. When i countered the constant reboot issue, i was running MIUI rom. At first i thought it was a ROM issue. However, i am seeing kinda same issue CM 6.1 rom. I tried different kernel and same issue. I am kinda guessing it's temperature issue. As i use my phone (for about 5~10 mins), i see that my temp. goes up to 97F degree. Is there anyway to fix this?
BTW, i am using Seidio 3500mah Extended Battery

Hi every, my phone never gets screen off while charging and if I disconnect the charger then it takes of for a minute and then go on once and once again, this is killing my battery. I've CyanogenMod Nightly from 23.05.2013 and Franco Kernel Nightly too. I restarted the phone several times (without remove the battery) on the problem still. I have installed also Experience Pro application. Any advice on this?
With the latest build I seem to be getting a bug that whenever I connect to a WiFi network my CPU usage rises to 60-80% all the time, and the phone thus heats up. This doesnt occur on 3g/LTE.
Anyone else having similar issues? Or would this be a GAPPS issue.
Thanks
It happens the same to me, I tried with stock and Franco Kernel and it still happenning the same.
hello
i had resurrection ROM and suddenly the phone turn off battery turn from 50 to 7 and turn off again and didn't stop unless i connect power cable
i format the device to ARHD ROM and its still doing it
but the problem is when im in TWRP it doesn't turn off with out power cable so it probably not the battery
any help please what it can be?
I have come across this problem of rapid battery loss but not as severe as yours, it took only 9 minutes for my whole battery to drain from 100 to 10. But i also did switch roms and even recovered stock firmware but nothing seemed to work. After a while, i kept switching and switching roms and eventually, the power issue stopped, i had no idea what happened. Is it because i don't use my phone often Anyways a battery replacement would probably be necessary if the problem still occurs. This power issue is inconvenient and would like to know if someone else would be able to know of a better solution.
Anybody else noticed this glitch?
When i charge my phone, whilst the phone is off then turn it on whilst still charging, my battery will stay on 80% regardless if it is above or below 80%
The only way to fix this error is to restart the phone!
Its not a problem, just entertainingly annoying... If that's a possible term.
I had the same issue with CM mod and then I just flashed back to genisys 4.1 and flashed another kernel and everything seems to be working fine
