I'm kind of experienced when it comes to rooting phones. My friend wants the pop-up video feature I have where you can watch videos in the background on his Sprint Samsung Galaxy SII. Is there a way I can get that for him, even if it's through rooting it? Thanks, & sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere. Thanks!

I've seen a couple threads in other forums but no one has really answered them. Action shot mode is pretty damn cool feature in my buddies Galaxy S2 and even the original Galaxy S phones. Why did Samsung leave this out of the S3 and Note 2? Is there any way to get this feature on any other Samsung phone?

Odd, I keep seeing that shot listed as a feature, but I don't see it on the phone. I wonder if it's available on the international.
Hello everyone Noob here. no need hiding it. I was Yoda at Jail breaking and tricking out iPhones, but recently traded in my iphone 4s for my first Droid. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and absolutely love it. It blows the iphone out of the water. Anyways I'm new to the Droid OS amd trying to become familiar with the ins and outs and become as proficient as fast as possible. I saw on the Amazon app store an app called Ubuntu 1 for rooted phones only, and this is exactly what I've been dreaming of. I'm hesitant to root my phone until I'm more knowledgeable on droid OS.. Anyone installed the Ubuntu 1 app on a rooted ATT galaxy Note 2? if so iI could use any tips, tricks or related advice that can help. Thanks in advance for the help. And one thing iI can promise is that this Noob badge will be shredded very quickly because I am absorbed by developing my hacking skills. so far this is the best place to come and learn from the pros.....

Will Samsung push an update that provides this, highly unlikely. I've looked around for an app that can do that, none found. Is it possible, most definitely

Well many messaging apps do have the delivered feature but doeant have the read feature. Though its not that big of a deal unless you wanna know if someone read your text and tries to lie about it later. But atleast you will know that it was delivered and they received it.

So I won't lie i didnt check to see if anyone posted about this already cause I was so excited but like the title says I got the Samsung pay to work today with my S2 classic and my un-rooted verizon lg v20.
I originally came from the note 7 to the v20 and like many I have a samsung smartwatch. I was worried i would never be able to use the samsung pay feature of the watch until I saw an announcement about the s3 being able to have samsung pay on other, non-samsung devices so i started looking in gear manager. I already had the spay beta on the classic, but could never use it due to not being samsung. But today something was different. Today when I held the top button on it actually tried to open the app.
This is the point when i went into settings on gear manager and saw the samsung pay icon and when i clicked it i had to update the app a few times and get samsung push app and then boom, samsung pay is fully functional on my s2 classic now. Wondering if anyone gad had luck. Lmk your story.

Hey all, I'm looking for some up to date info about the Samsung Gear S3 and our OP3.
Is it working alright? I searched the forums, but the S2 is mentionned, and on the Gear S3 XDA forums, I read that non Samsung phones don't offer things like email sync functionality, etc.
Any one of you have that watch? Let me know, I'm considering it (alongside the ZenWatch 3)
