After all that waiting for kernel 3.x and stable ICS/JB builds, Im moving to DHD. Sorry Desire community, but I need something that has real active development not just 30 equal JB builds all based on Nikez's build and only a few stable ROMs - CM7, Alex-V's and RSK...
I will miss that nice bright AMOLED and that nice design but I will have stable k3, Sense 4, Sense 3.6, better camera and many more advantages.
DHD? Didn't you know its on its way to get the same fate as Desire?

Hey guys. I got a SGH-T989 a few weeks ago and since I have flashed CyanogenMod 7 and made it look like Ice Cream Sandwich. I love my new phone and it is a major improvement from the my touch 3g slide. I just posted to say hi and introduce myself.

Our cm is only partially complete and totally abandoned. What you deer is what you get. I personally didn't find it good enough for a daily driver but some people do.

It looks like Sandvold will be doing a 4.1 ROM once ICS is stable which looks like it will be in the next week or so.

Nope you're wrong he never said that and what he clearly said is that he will not waste time on porting it right now until the source is out. So patience everyone JB came out just couple of days

Yes, the best for you... It's a great ROM no doubt but its not the only great one and it's definitely not the best for everyone... Different ROMS work best for different people for different reasons. Nonetheless, I hope you really enjoy your ROM

OP it's great that you found something that worked for your phone, in your area, with your signal for exactly what you do with your phone. As you can see a lot of factors are involved and do not apply to everyone.
